Reliance Communications — False Charges
I am an user of Reliance Postpaid Connection [protected] and this is reference to the bill dated[protected] to[protected].This month i received bill for Rs. 340/- for 51234 / Premium Voice Service and I am very disappointed to know that such false charges are imposed on me. I have my connection only for incoming calls and very few outgoing calls are made. For that you can have a glance on my last bills from several years.
For this I totally agree that Reliance Company is now going to have a huge loss just because of imposing these kind of blames and false charges.
And I really don't think that is is good enough to talk to Customer care Service because they either directly or indirectly reply it to you by the sentence " The service have been used "

Reliance Communications — balance deducted for no reason
i pratik agarwalla customer of reliance gsm is here to state that my balance was deducted twice for no reason once Rs10 and the other Rs15, I tried to contact the customer care of the concerned area but there was respond. The service provided by the customer care is worst no calls of ours are being attended .Kindly look up to the above query and refund my money.Reliance Communications — my no was disconnected without my notice to me

herewith requesting you to kindly look into the matter. my phone has been disconnected a month ago but till the date it has not been activated. when i contacted the service provider i was told to contact web world.
and when i visited the web world on 10.9.2010 at there rs puram coimbatore branch they have asked me submit the id proof for the number which i have submitted but till the date it has not been activated.
when i connected them on 20.9.2010 they have told to wait because it has not been cleared at mumbai so we cant do anything.

Reliance Communications — Balance deduction in Reliance GSM mob 8100006163
I am a regular consumer of Reliance.My complain is regarding unnecessarily deduction of Rs.20 from my main account balance in Reliance GSM.Though I contact Reliance customer care with Miss Arpita but she didn't give any response and the call was disconnected...After further inquiry I came to know that it was deducted for any Masti Ke Rang service which I didn't activate.
So kindly help me out from this serious , continuous and genuine problem

Reliance Communications (Broadband) — Disconnection without any reason
I am taken internet data card from Reliance Communicatons (connection / Mobile No. [protected]) in May, 2010. I am continuously paying monthly bill within due date. On 17.8.10 my connectivity had been disconnected. On enquiry, I was told that the payment of June/July, 2010 have not been made. I produced/sent my bank statement prooving that the payments had been made in time. Still my connection has not been restored.I have made dozen of phone calls / emails to nodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, their billing section, call-centre, service centre, their many representatives, but to no avail.
It seems no one listen to customers problems in Reliance at all.
