Dear sir/Madam,
I am sujit dasgupta and i am a user of your Reliance CDMA prepaid service kolkata for so many years..Today i lost my mobile phone and my Reliance CDMA number is [protected].. So please its my humble request, kindly Block my number immediately so that no one can use my mobile illegally..

Reliance Communications — reduced the balance

Dear Sir,

My Reliance prepaid mob no. [protected] and I recharged Rs.100 /- on 11/02/2011 but My balance was Rs. 13.00 on 12/02/2011. I called many times to call centre but always they replied that our system is default .Please call after sometime.After 5 days they replied that they can not give me details of why my balance is reduced because already 5 days has passed .

I am not satisfied with above answer . I request you to advice me in this matter .

Reliance Communications — unauthorised billing

I have a cdma connection and my mobile no [protected].I have converted from prepaid
to post paid on 27/02/2011 by paying rs 300/-the plan which i had opted was for rs 199/- and also SMS PACK for rs 39/-the SMS PACK was activated on 12/03/2011.
I had already told them that i need a sms pack as i do a lot of sms daily.Due to their fault i have received a huge bill of rs 1168/- of which SMS BILL IS rs 836.71.

please help me

THAT TIME I WAS CHECKED MY BALANCE, MY BALANCE IS RS.267.68 AFTER THAT I HAVE NO CDMA MOBILE SO, MY CARD HASN' T USE IN MOBILE PHONE. TODAY[protected], I INSERT TAHT CARD IN MY MOBILE SO BALANCE IS RS.193.84. THAT TIME I HAVE CALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER (*333) SO, THEY SAID YOU ARE ACTIVATED NEWS SERVICE DT.4-4-11, CRICKET PACK DT.18-4-11 ETC.I SAID THEM MY CARD ISNOT IN MOBILE SO, HOW IT IS POSSIBLE,I HAVE REFUND MY AMOUNT. SO, THEY SAID YOUR AMOUNT ISNOT REFUND ANY CONDITION. SIR, I ASK YOU WHAT I DO.

Reliance Communications — to deduct my account balance though i didn't activate any scheme

Dear Sir,

This is Nilesh Sangani from Rajkot, Gujarat. I am using Reliance GSM service since January 2009. My cell no. is [protected]. From January 2009 to uptill now, they have charged me wrongly many times without activated any scheme. This time they have given me free My Tunes. Then they sent message me to deactivate through SMS. Though i have already deactivated it through SMS, they charged me Rs. 30 today morning. I didn't file any complaint to customer care because earlier i didn't get any refund from them though i have filed complaint of wrong deduction of account balance. And this time also i seem they won't give any refund if i'll file any complaint. So i request you to help me to get refunded of my deduction amount as soon as possible and to fine them due to their unacceptable behavior. Hope you will resolve my complain soon.

Reliance GSM Telecommunication service is cheating me by deducting my balance without making any outgoing calls. automatically activating and deducting the money.Customercares are also not responding properly. they are dis-connecting calls. My Mobile No.[protected].In Orissa Reliance GSM is cheating me without making out going calls the company is deducting money from my balance.No service In my knowledge is activated they activating and deducting money.with in short time if my balance will not credited to my mobile number I have leave the Reliance Service.

Reliance Communications — certain services are activated automatically

sir,

i do have the mobile sim No. [protected]. certain unnecessary paid/value added services are activated without asking me. I am unable to contact the customer care of reliance mobile after several attempts. You are requested to impress the reliance communication to deactivate all thye value added services immd. because whenever i am top up the sim, always there is cutiing of Rs 30 to Rs 50.

Reliance Communications — Amount deducted without any reason

My reliance GSM no. is [protected],I am having this number from last month,from the very first day till today my balance amount get deducted automatically with out any reason.
I have also asked customer care but they are unable to provide any satisfactory answer.
One time they returned my amount also.
I have also dropped a mail to nodal officer maharashtra.

Reliance Communications — Fed up of with service provided and not giving option for MNP

I am fed up with the service being provide by Reliance Communication. I am just jotting down few point that I have to complain.

1. One of my friend lost his reliance sim last to last week and I called reliance customer care to block the sim, for this simple work I was put on hold for more than 45min, and thereafter also my work in not done.

2. A week before Rs.30 was deducted from my account([protected]) balance when I called customer care I asked why the money was being deducted they said you have applied for joke pack, but I am already registered for do not disturb service. They are saying you have dial one activation number to start this service. I just asked if I dial this number why you would not ask for confirmation. You just activate the pack.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Lokesh Singhal, a Reliance Mobile AP South Subscriber having mobile numbers, [protected]. Reliance Communication had to deduct my balance on 13, March and, 25 April 2011, Respectively. By Activation caller tune and vedio call without request and notification within 2 hours of and in midnight when i was sleeping and deducted Rs. 60/-, Then I spoke to customer care they said that you have activated and your account Balance will not be refunded.
Please look into the matter and take necessary actions against the concern department.

I hope you will definitely resolve my problem of being cheated.
