My name is Ayush, my mobile no. Is [protected] and my network provider is Reliance GSM . I am from kolkata. I am using reliance since many years, but from last 6 months i am facing problem regarding regular balance deduction without any reason. Everytime when i speak to customer care executive they give wrong reasons and many times different executive give differen reason for the same deduction, as they are playing with me and this days whenever a reliance user want to speak to customer care the call automatically gets disconnected in between the conversation and more than 50% time they say system upgradation or technical problem going on call after 2hours, many a time i spoke to nodal officer Dola Bose but nothing happened so plss help me as more than Rs 300 had been deducted of my number in last 6 months and day before yestetrday Rs 30 was deducted for some pack which was never activated by me. I never got a msg for this pack activation or balance deduction. Now on complain the pack has been deactivated but they have not refunded the balance. So plss help me to get my bal back as soon as possible. Yes indeed. Seems like the problem is at whole Nation. I don't know where to file case against these bullies. All private sectors are getting ugly, Banks, Telecommunications etc.

Reliance Communications — Reliance is not giving me the UPC Code
hiiiiicurrently im the subscriber of Prepaid Reliance GSM .... my no. is [protected] i am trying to change my Reliance no.to Aircel from last 20 days but Reliance is not giving me the UPC code i call many time in Reliance custmoer care also but they r telling me many excuses as system updation n server busy etc. from last 20 days. Everytime when i send sms to reliance for UPC code they deduct each time 1 rupee from my balance.....huh i m tired now my 1st complaint no. is[protected] in Reliance my second complaint no. is[protected]. My 3rd complaint no. is[protected], my 4th complain no. is[protected] my 5th comlain no. is[protected] and i got my all complaints's resolved msg but im not getting UPC code still now after sending many sms somebody must do against Reliance.... plz help me

My SIM no. is [protected] which is Recharged on 20-04-11 by Rs. 50/- with a talk-time of Rs.42.33/- but the amount has been vanished on 28-04-11 with-out using it from my side.The customer care refuges to listen my complaint & even he refuges to give me the complaint No.on 29,[protected] Mr.Rajnish)Cusomer care did`nt checked the out-going call details from 20-04-11 by
observing the 0 balance in the A/c.Un-necessarily I lost Rs. 42.33/- from
my end & no one is interested to look into the matter from the Service Provider.

SINCE LAST ONE & HALF MONTH 3 OR 4 TIMES RS.10 & RS.9 IS DEBITED TO MY ACOUNT WITHOUT USING OR ASSIGNING ANY SERVICE LIKE CALL FORWARDING, CALL WAITING, OR ANY MUSIC. OR ANY OTHER SERVICE LIKE RWORLD.

Hi,i have taken reliance Sim in during first week of april,My Reliance GSM number is [protected],after sum day since i bought my sim a caller tune was activated of it own and then a song(bundhan chura liya kabhi daman chura liya) was assigned as my caller tune,as this song really don't shoot my nature ,i dint subscribe any called tune neither assigned any song for my phone number [protected] ,but it happen automatically,and my money got deducted,so please remove this caller tune as soon as possible n please refund my money,thanks.And try not repeating in near future as it affects company name.Reliance Communications — CHEATING & HARASSMENT
Dear sir,I am using Reliance CDMA from last o6/07 year and my number is [protected].
I am having lot of problems which are not solved.
01) caller tune was activated by relience without any request and 45 rs. deducted from balance. On complain customer care officer registered request and replied that same will refunded in 72 hours. No refund done. I reminded for 04 times and every time customer care officer replied that we are forwarding your number to our technical team and refund will be done in 48 hours, so far no refund done.
That’s kind of problem I seen many time in 6 to 7 year
02) I was buy a new RELIANCE GSM [protected] from reliance outlet ( mobile store, soni ni chawl, ahmedabad, contact person- amit [protected]) on 25 march 2011 , I given my all necessary document like passport photo copy, my pan card Xerox, election card etc..my card is activated on 26 march after 7 to 8 days my services is band by reliance.
I was contact reliance for that problem , I was called to rcare 8 to 10 time that after they tell me we have no information u go to retailer.
I m going to that shop n tell me my problem n again I give my document to retailer. After 7 hrs my services is activated but on 18 April my services is again band from reliance. I’m calling to reliance care / reliance nodal officer[protected] , 30331524, 30331523, 3033… many number given by reliance care 40 to 50 time I was called.. but nobody help me n give me information.
All time I get same answer by them “ WE HAVE NO INFORMATION”
So where I got information
After that my fiancé go to RWORLD maninagar a’bad for given again new document for active my services but they are told them we are not receipt your document , you are go to there when you by the card. And harassed her mentally.
That’s day I talking to reliance care again the ask us u go again to RWORLD maninagar a’bad for given your doc.next day my fiancé go there n submit a new docs. N our docs verified by them. RWORLD executive told to my fiancé we are not confirm that your card will be activate .
I was afraid to that my document is used for illegal and terrorist activity by reliance communication / reliance retailer.
Plz do needful for that
15 days go sir but my card is not active yet..
I fill I m cheated n mentally n physically harassed by RELAINCE COMMUNICATION N THEIR STAFF.
