Reliance Communications — Problem of end call during the conversation

Hello Sir,

I am having three connections of reliance mobile and from the last week facing some problem. The call automatic gets disconnected during the conversation so many times and also not getting the voice clear.
The location are Gorakhpur Railway Crossing, Jabalpur and In front of Central School, Damoh.

i am using reliance card in my mobile phone.i
did recharge of 30 rupess on 1st june at 10:00:45pm
and it was done sucessfully.This recharge voucher was for messages then i got message from 3600 that recharge sucessfully done.then i started sending messages though it was free money keeps on diduction from my account 27 rupees was diducted on 2nd june.i call cutomer care and got complaint number 69571272 and i was told that i will get my balance back within 48 hours but i did not get then i again called on 5th june and i was told that u will get it back within 24 hours then i got complaint number again that is ucs758044.after 24 hours i again called cutomer care on 6th june though i m not getting my balance back.i m ordinary person i can not afford this plzzzzzzzzzz help me

Reliance Communications — Billing Issue 9311704326

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Reliance data card ([protected]) on 29th April 2008, With an offer stating Umlimited Net Usage for 2 months.
But the 1st Bill got generated with in 7 days of my usage i.e on[protected] for duration 14th April 2008 to 7th May 2008. The Amount was Rupees Zero.

Ideally, Ist bill should have been generated from 29th April 2008 to 28th May 2008. But I got 1st bill 21 days prior, This means Reliance charged me unnecessary for 21 days. This was surprising.

Now, 2nd Bill generated on[protected], With an Amount of Rupees Two only. But till that time I have used connection for only One month and 7 days.

Now, when 3rd Bill generated on[protected], I have been charged Rs. 587.00 i.e 21 days extra have been charged to me.

I raised the issue again and again with customer care but went invain no one tried to understand my problem, or they where helpless on the issue.

even I asked to dicontinue the connection, I got call from Relainace Mumbai and they provided me the necessary discount.

But On the back they already had barred my mobile services from their end on 16th June 2008. As i had not made the payment for the last month as their was dispute in bill.

And after that they kept on generating Bill till Aug 2008 before finally discontinuing of my Number, The Bill they generated till date is of Rs 1200 something.

Which is unnecessary reliance is charging as reliance barred my number on 16th June 2008, which restricts me from using reliance data card so how can they charge me after 16th June onwards????

I have communicated many times with reliance customer care but all invain.

Looking for a hope from your end.

AFTER ONE MONTH WHEN BILL COME TO ME I GO TO WEBWORLD AT THAT TIME THEY START REMBLING.
WHEN 2ND TIME BILL COME TO ME I WAS FULL WITH ANGER AND DESIDE TO NON PAYMENT BECAUSE VARDHMAN COMMUNICATION IS RESPONSIBEL FOR IT.
THEN I COMPLANT TO CUSTOMER CARE 4 THIS PROBLEM BUT THEY ALL R STUPID, UNABLE TO DOING ANY THING, I THINK RELIANCE CUSTOMERCARE HAVE ONLY ONE THING TO GIVE THERE CUSTOMER FIRST IS COMPLANT NO AND SECOUND IS LEGAL NOTICE.SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ME I RECEIVED A COMPLANT NO:[protected]. AND SECOUND GIFT RELIANCE GIVE ME IS LEGAL NOTICE WHEN I M INNOCENT AND PAYING RS 1590.WHEN BILL IS APPROX RS 800 ON DATE 27/3/08.
WHEN I RECEIVED LEGAL NOTICE TO MANY TIME I DESIDE TO QUIT ALL THE SERVICE RELATED TO RELIANCE.

LAST PAYMENT OF RS 1142 MADE MY ME IS MY TOTAL LOSS, AND PREVIOUS DEPOSIT OF RS 1590 IS ALSO BECOME UNUSABLE, WEBWORLD IS RESPONSABLE 4 IT BUT YET NO ACTION MADE TO WEBWORLD.
WITH THIS ANGER I DESIDE TO QUIT MY SERVICE OF NO [protected], BECAUSE RELIANCE HAVE ACTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY HIS OWN SERIVING MENAGER MAKES ANY MISTAKE BUT THEY R INNOCENT BUT CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING BILL 2 TIME CAN GET LEGAL NOTICE AS RELIANCE GIFT.
I ASSAUR U THAT I ALREADY HAVE PAY ALL DUES OF NO [protected].
AND A WILL QUIT MY NO [protected] MY COMPLANT NO IS 80302825. I WILL PAY ALL THE DUES RELATED TO THIS NO.

Reliance Communications — Non service- attending complaints

I am having broadband reliance connection. this is not working for the last three months in fact it worked for sometime after activation. There is no response to the complaints and my request to disconnect. I have making payments of the bill continuousely after getting assurances that the complaint will be redressed but nothing happened. Last month I paid the bill, of course without any connectivity, in protest. There is no improvement yet now my wife has been threatened of dire consequences in this month is not paid. Please let me whom to call for this highhandedness of the Reliance who never bother for the customer service but want to hit with the goondas at their command. Is there any agency who can make them work for the customer, Ireally wonder.
