Dear Sir,
I am continuously receiving unwanted calls (promotional offers calls)
on my no. [protected]. Also a number of SMS are also a great problem.
Please help me get out of all this.

Reliance Communications — Faulty billing

Dear Sir/madam,
This complaint refers to all the bad experiences we have had with reliance broadnet.

1.)A person named Mr.Nidhir das (Mobile#[protected]) sold us the connection, a few days after the installation of the connection, internet became disfunctional and we kept following up for 2 weeks but no action was taken till then.Mr.Das was not contactable and he is not contactable till date(3 months after installation)
2.)After the services were resumed, we started receiving faulty bills one after the another.
3.)A request for plan change was given from Data transfer 1 gb to Data transfer 2.5 gb but the same was not executed owing to which the bill was computed according to the previous plan.
4.)Till date the matter remains unsolved after repeated followups and reminders.
5.)No compensation is given for the period of 2 weeks when the connection was disfunctional.
6.)The hardware provided by the company ie. ID box is faulty and of no use.
7.)Inspite of disabling the telephone service which was forceably sold to us, the telephone instrument is not yet collected from our place.
8.)As of now our services are suspended due to non payment of faulty bill

******Note: Reliance charges for both upload and download where as in case of most of the other ISP's upload is free.

Reliance Communications — about caller tune

My Relince mobile no. is [protected]. Which has activeted caller tune. But few day back it has been deactivited without any information. Again i have activited the caller tune, which has been conform by the SMS. But Sorry to say that till date it is not activeted

I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

Reliance Communications — Big-Tv Poor Service, Poor Response, JUNK

I have taken a new Big tv set top box on 10th Sep'08 and I have requested your customer service for new installation. The excutive generated a work order with last 6 digit number and told me it will get installed within 24 hrs. and gave me a complaint no.75996814 and told that they will install it within 72 hrs, but so far I did not receive one call from them about installiion, I have clled back them again for many time, and the respose were not good it is already been 10 days and i am still there where i was.

If you dont have the capability to provide service, then you should not launch. Reliance is a very big company but it is losing faith of customers by doing all these.

Reliance Communication / Classic 732 CDMA — hand set not working

I have purchased a reliance classic 732 mobile handset
but after one month it was making trobules, i sent it for repair to classic service centeron 12th Aug08, they gave me a do letter
that set is beyond repair you will get new set from the dealer you have purchased the set.Two months has already passed, but i have got no valid response from dealer, kindly guide me what to do.

Reliance Communications — Prepaid balance suddenly reduced to minus (Rs.-0.98)

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have a Reliance mobile registered in the name of Ambadas Kale (relatives), staying at Pune, Hadapsar, Bus Stop No. 15. My Mobile No. is [protected].

My prepaid account balance suddenly reduced to minus (Rs. -0.98) (Zero point Ninety eight paise) though I have not utilised the other services offered by Reliance Company, not even R-World.

This is the third time I am experiencing the same situation.

Reliance Company is providing really bad services to its consumers. Can I request you to take proper action against this.

Reliance Communications — i wouldn't reliance

I took reliance broadband connection a couple of months back, according to our agreement between the salesman i was opting for 7+ plan which offered free download & upload with a fix monthly rental.

When I got my first bill….noooo... before the month end my internet got disconnected, so I started dialling up their helpline number more than 1000 times, after I learn by heart their music the so called customer care executive pick up the phone who don’t even speak proper English nor Hindi he answered me in some weird accent which I could barely understands it. I quickly enquired about my connection, I was told that my bill amounts to 1, 00, 000 rupees!!!

Luckily, after I hang-up my phone a lady called me up and told me what’s going on. I asked her brief details of my plan, my usage etc etc. she told me that my connection was 250 monthly plan!!! With limited download & upload.

I was given a connection which I wasn’t applying!! Oh my God!!

Reliance Communications — abusive phone calls

i am getting abusive phone calls from past three weeks from a particular phone number (reliance), his number is [protected].
Some serious actions needs to be taken by this user.

reading a complaint on the i just noticed a phone number from which i am also getting abusive phone calls from the same number, his number is [protected]. Is there nay chance the service provider could take some strict action against the user of this particualr phone number, that will be highly appreciated.

Reliance Communication Shares — Non Receipt of Divident for yr.2007-08
