[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — deduction of amount

Sir,
My name is Usha Yadav and by profession I am a chartered Accountant.
I am using relaince mobile ([protected]) and without any subscription relaince is deducting amount.
They download tunes etc. and deduct amount.
when I dial for customer care immediate after deduction they even dont pick the phone and all lines are shown busy.
And anytime if they pick it up they say that I have subscribed for the same even I dont subscribe.
It happened many a times I recharge my cell and they deduct the whole amount without any usage by downloading the tunes etc.
Now its too much I cannot recharge this much of amount.
The relaince is really cheating people.
My lots of friends have the same complaint.
Sir, I have option to switch off from reliance to any other company providing the same services.
but matter is that the cheaters should be punished that they don't dare again to do so.
Reliance is such a big and reputed company but I dont know why they are doing such a bad business of cheating people.
I am very busy otherwise I would have visited the court my self.
Now it is my request that they should get punishment for the same.
I would be waiting for your action.

They automatically subscribe for cricket match pack and deducts amount.
I called customer care many times for unsubscription for the same.
they do unsuscribe for that period only and again when another series comes they starts it automatically
and moreover they dont keep the records of complaints which i had lodged.
Next time when you call them they will say we havent have a records of your compaints
and obviously for any complaints they are not giving any compaint number for the record of customer

Reliance Mobile — Reliance Cheating People by VAS

They activate Value Added Service like Caller Tune itself and deduct Rs.30 every month from balance. After request they stop subscription but never refund amount. It is now a day common problem with reliance they charged me ( [protected] ) again and again and never refund my payment. ANIL Ambani busy in counting money that earned by cheating people. I complaint at following Address.

I got refund Rs.30 today on 22Dec2009.

Reliance web-world outlets in Pune (Pimpri, Nigidi, Aundh) are not to redeming the redemption coupns given out along with Acer laptops. According to the offer in the redemption coupon given out by Acer on purchase of eMachine laptops, Relience web-world outlets are to give free Reliance Netconnect Broadband + USB modem. The offer is valid till 18th JAnuary 2010 . They are giving various excuses, like
1. We do not have stock o[censored]SB modem of this offer. (which is false as the USB modem is no different than any other relience USB Modem)
2. This plan does not exist / We are not aware of this offer
3. You have to pay a minimum of Rs 827/- for the modem + first month rental.

Reliance Mobile — deduction of amount without recharged

I was recharge my mobile from rechargeitnow.com. the recharge is failed but amount is deducted from my account due to this i had lost my 40rs. from my account.
i was recharge my mob on 6 or 7 december......
so,pls sir resolve my problem.....

Very Good Morning Sir/Madam this is omprakash i am using GSM services from past 4year but i never face this type of problem but right now its something HECTIC service right now i am suffering from January month. You have deducted my money in January and February but from 2 month no problem i have given very strict instruction that its not acceptable every time if you people deduct my amount at any cost i cleared mention that i don't want any kind of services other than which i am using(SMS 19 pack)


BUT TODAY MORNING WHEN I GOT UP EARLY MORNING THE BALANCE IS Rs.5/- ONLY YESTERDAY NIGHT IT WAS Rs.35/- I EVEN CALLED IN MORNING ITSELF THEY TOLD THAT THE DATABASE IS NOT YET UPDATED I[censored] WONT JUSTICE WITH ME I WILL LOG THE COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER ENOUGH IS ENOUGH NOW...

Iam nikesh shukla.i have used reliance no -[protected] .any time my balance amount deduct thourgh reliance communication.i asked reliance customer care but not a given suitable reply.any time 30 rupees deduct my main account .

Sir, pls give me a suitable advice what to do this situation.

this is sanjeev from Delhi my gsm no. is [protected] i have some problem from RELIANCE GSM Prepaid Service , you are any time day or night Deduct of Call Balance ,this happened 15-120 time in three month. i m working in a privet company on Rs.5500 per month i m from h.p . than i call customer care thy are tall me this problem from my side , last time i call them 9.06.2011 time 5:11pm & i req. miss. priyanka she is executive in talking with me this time . and she said i deactivated all service on my number & send me a complaint no. :-[protected]. but last night one more time Deduct of Call Balance rs.20 then i call 14.06.2011 *333 thy said k thy have no complaint from my nomber

VAS ,the mobile company provider subscribed VAS without prior request of customer and my balance become

In refrence to above number comapny every 2-3 days bygone deduct Rs.3 as VAS infact there is no such VAS on my number. Every time i make a call they they refund the amount if i forget to make call they treat is as they have got the lottery. This standard of service is not accepted when i am being charged for the service. This is simply there trick to earn in illmannered way. I tried to get rid of such service but even though trying for several time i am not getting my Porting ID.
