[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Network Problems for my Reliance GSM Mobile number

Hi, myself Imtiyaz Shaikh , having Reliance GSM connection from last 4 months,my number is [protected].

From the day I got the number there are a tremendous network problem, call drops are a usual thing for me, several time there is no network inside & nearby to my residence. I reside in Mumbai,Kurla-west , and most of my peer groups having mobile connectivity other than Reliance GSM.
I had complained at Reliance Customer care (Toll Free),they had sent a SMS as the problem was solved, but I am still facing the same problem.
Seeking for solution from Reliance GSM Team.

Reliance Comm. — network problem.

i m living in pune, new sanghvi.using two numbers of reliance.one is postpaid - [protected] & the second is prepaid..there is very less network in my house.normally it shows no service.facing this problem frm last 5-6 months.i have made complaint 20 -25 times over the phone, at the reliance web world & on their website.but all in vain.they have not solved my problem till yet.every time they says that with in 10-15 days it will solve. & now it has crossed 6 months.plz do something .they have very poor customer service.

but there problem is there jan - June 2011.
