BUT SINCE LAST FEW MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN VISITING YOUR RELIANCE FRESH STORE AT SHAHEED BHAGAT SINGH NAGAR, PAKHOWAL ROAD, LUDHIANA. 2 DAYS BACK I WAS METTED OUT BAD TREATMENT BY ONE OF YOUR CASHIIER FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING. I COMPLAINED THIS TO YOUR SUPERVISOR VIJAY KUMAR. HE IN RETURN WARNED ME THAT THEIR STORE HAS SO MANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY DONT BOTHER IF ONE OR TWO OF THEM LEAVE US. I WAS SHOCKED. I COULD NOT COMPLAIN TO U THEN AS MY FATHER WAS NOT WELL. TODAY, I WENT TO THE SAME STORE TO BUY POMGRENATE FOR MY AILING FATHER. I ASKED CASHIER TO PLEASE BE QUICK AS MY FATHER IS WAITING OUTSIDE IN THE CAR. HE ASKED ME THAT I SHOULD GO THE ADJOINING COUNTER. I WENT THERE BUT THAT COUNTERS COMPUTER WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I RETURNED TO THE SAME OLD COUNTER. I WAS WAITING FOR MY TURN AND WHEN MY TURN ARRIVED, THA CASHIER STARTED BILLING A NEW CUSTOMER. I OBJECTED TO THIS AS I WAS ALREADY LATE AND IT WAS MY TURN ALSO. YOUR SAME SUPERVISOR VIJAY KUMAR ARRIVED AT THE SCENE AND SAID 'WHY DONT YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ME THAT DAY, GO AND COMPLAIN TO EVEN DHIRU BHAI AND I WILL SEE WHAT HE CAN DO. GIVE ME YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD NUMBER AND NOW U WONT BE ABLE TO ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN.' THEN ALL YOUR CASH STAFF PEOPLE CAME AND SAID THAT THEY ARE ALL UNITED AND THEY STARTED INSULTING ME IN A VERY RUDE LANGUAGE. I WAS TOTALLY SHAKEN AT THEIR BEHAVIOUR. JUST SEND HIM TO MORE STORES OF BIRLAS AND HE WILL COME TO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A STORE WHICH I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I WENT TO SPENCER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHOPPING AT YOUR STORE. IF YOU CAN RECTIFY THIS ITS OK OTHERWISE GENUINE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME WILL STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE FRESH. IAM A RESPECTABLE CITIZEN OF LUDHIANA AND TOTALLY SHOCKED AT ALL THIS. I AM SORRY BUT THIS WAS SURELY NOT SH.DHIRU BHAI AMBANI'S DREAM OR MOTTO. STAFF MEMBERS LIKE SUPERVISOR VIJAY KUMAR AND ANIL KUMAR CASHIER ARE SPOILING THE IMAGE OF VALUED COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE INDUSTRIES. i am from agricultural back ground family.
we cultivate bengal gram(chana).
the price of the product in the stores is at peak when compared to the cost provided to the farmers.

it is in regard of the mismanagement and misbehavior or the staff deployed at reliance fresh, pawanpuri, BIKANER.
1. here in the store generally do not paste price slip of the items properly and even don't upto date it.
2. weight of several thing r not mentioned.
3. do not provides the weekly discount scheme-scraps to the customers.
4. all above they don't attend the complaints lodged in complaint register..the complaint register is not attended for last 6-8 months. even make lame excuses of forwarding the complaints.
5. despite of these kinds of irregularities when i approached to the Manager Mr. Sandip Nagar-Ph. [protected]. he started arguing and quarreling with me. that his is not liable to answer me any thing. and even who am i to ask him about discrepancies. Even declared nothing will happen to him even i complaint to reliance management or to the Police or to the consumer forum. Sir, This man is very arrogant and barbaric don't hv civic sense to how to talk to the customers.
the strict action is highly expected from your side so atleast he should apologize of his misbehavior..

they don't care about customers, the customers are suffering alot who are waitng billing the guys are very lazy... and they go out of counter every time and the customers will waitng in a big line it is tooo... painful to wait that much time in front of counter so plz... make the people attentive... or otherwise change the people.
