[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh Ltd. — PF Claim not yet settled

Dear Sir,
I had send through courier Form No.19 & Form No.10-C, on 8th April 2009, for the withdrawal of my PF & Family Pension Fund, on the following address;

Mr. Vinit Korday, HR Dept, Reliance Retail Ltd., Work space No. 2GFBCU02Bldg No. 2, Ground Floor, B Wing, Reliance Corporate Park (RCP), NOCIL Complex, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400 701.Cont No. 2977 4110 /[protected].

Till date I have not received my PF & Pension amount.
Kindly process the claim through your team.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
