[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Cheaters: Reliance General Insurance

I am Rakesh Kumar Mittal. I approached Reliance General Insurance company for my car insurance. One of their agent approached me (Agency Code 2036599) for the insurance of my vehicle (Baleno: AP28BA 6805). He agreed to give an IDV of 327, 800 for my vehicle (Cover Note No:[protected] for an insurance sum of Rs 6526 (paid through checque No: 164461, HDFC).

After a week I received a final insurance copy from Reliance, but to my surprise they gave an IDV of just Rs 247, 289. After I called them and clarified, their customare care staff talked in a very rude way. (Customer complaint no: 448978) and said we cant help you out. I feel I am cheated they charged rs 6526 for a lower IDV. But no listeners.

To common junta, please never ever go with Reliance. They just believe in looting common people.

i have been a reliance insurance agent but i have not received my insurance kits till now. i joined in june 2007 last year.
My agent code is 20156081.I request please my kits and necessary documents on email id .

I had a mediclaim cashless policy with reliance general insurance co ltd. my policy no is[protected].

2. uma agarwal



3. divyanshi agarwal



4. raghav agarwal.



My wife uma agarwal need a medical treatment but fortis noida and max delhi reject to accept the reliance mediclaim cashless card. due to bad payment of reliance.



reliance is having a very bad reputation in the market.



then we take treatment in meerut. there also they take charges from us. after that we fax the papers to reliance TPA emeditek. but there is no response from there side. no body is picking up the phone also.



its a mentally and physically harrasment to us. we want to file a case in consumer court against reliance general insurance & e-meditek solutions limited (TPA)

1. My name is santosh Kumar PJ. I had given an amount of Rs 500/- for making insurance to my vehicle (CT 100 KL 11W 2976, The vehicle is under the name of HDFC Bank) to Mr Ullas the Centre Manager of Reliance Money Calicut Branch on Aug 2008. But it is regretted to say that I have not got my Insurance policy till date. When ever I contact him he tells me that he has given the money to Reliance GI section to Mr Niyas of Calicut branch.

2. On contacting him on Mobile, He always used to tell, he will get it in the evening later on he used to cut my calls. So during Oct I went to the office and enquired Mr Ullas He immediately contacted Mr Niyas of GI Branch. Mr Niyas told me he will get to me back with the insurance within two days but again one month has passed.

3. Can you look personally to this matter so that he make the insurance at the earliest so that the traffic rules are not abided.

4. The Mob Number of Mr Ullas is [protected].

i am really frustrated to take the insurace from reliance. i am waiting for my claim cheque from last one year. my claim ref no is [protected].i already talk to customer care but they are good for nothing.
i met with an accident on 18th of december and my foot got fractured and i got treatment (plaster) from doctor. after that i had a talk with executive of e-meditek (tpa) for reliance and explained him the complete story. he told me to send a fax or e-mail for the same and to submit the original for the same with in month i follow his instructions and did the same. but after some time when i call up the tpa i got a stupid answer that reliance has refused to make payment because there was no hospitalisation for the same. but at the time when i had a talk with the executives so many times they told me i[censored] have all documents in original there is need of hospitalisation.and the best part is that no one will call u back.
that seems to me that u are ready to make a payment rs.30, 000/- for fraud bills but u will not make payment for the actual cases for rs.4000/-
i am just waiting for their response, after that i will put a case i consumer forum.

i devinder kaur jhutti, having the medical clame policy with reliance general insurance. policy noumber.[protected]. i got the certificate. which is mentioned with my date of birth.is wrong.
my actiual date of birth is 2-9-1969 but the certificate i got is mentioned with is 2-9-1971
i want to make that right so please consider my request. please rply me as soon as posible

I also have a very bad experience in my family and lot of harrassment is done at the claim processing cell .And also true is that no body cals you up
I am aditi Gupta a student of an MBA institute name--" BLS Institute of management, Ghaziabad".I got selected in Reliance General Insurance through campus placement on 3rd, nov, 2007 and were supposed to jopin the same from aug, 08, since i got the offer letter for the same... but i have not got any call from there till date and now the hieghts o[censored]nprofessionalism of the same company is that they are not even responding in this concern... this type of attitude has never ben expected from souch a big name...but now i think all the talks of the concern are mere fake promises... this organisation has actually played with our lives... we also gave many calls and marked many mails to MR. Prashant Uprejaand Mr.Jitender Gaur but all r in vain... Now at present i am struggling in my career... I seriously don't know that whether on this blog my complaint would be taken into consideration or not...but as i found the way to complaint i have done the same...coz by any other means i am not gretting any desirable answer...
