[Resolved] Reliance-gsm — Non-Refund of balance | |
Sir/Mam, I am Reliance GSM user, My no is [protected]. There was a pack namely NAZARA COMIC PACK was activated on my number on 4 Jan'2010. I had requested to RGSM to deactivate the pack(Req. S.R. No.-[protected] on 5th Jan 2010. After that I had not received any alerts or any msgs from RGSM as NAZARA PACK. so thought that pack has deactivated. But on 3rd Feb 2010 RGSM again deduct Rs. 30 from my Account balance. So i have logged complaints on RGSM Customer Care. But I didn't get proper response. They told me that "your Pack has deactivated now means on 16th Feb. No balance will be revert to your account and that is your fault that you have not confirmed that your pack is deactivated or not. reliancegsm — REFUND
I diidn't get my mobile rechared of Rs. 20/-.so refund my money back soon as possible...plz... from my side i activate 3 schemes of najara pack.but after deduct my balance suddnly i tell to reliance customer care more than 10 times for deactivate them. they tell me that they receve my complent & deactivet it.but the all schemes are activate in my card still.i want to stop them.how can i deactivat them? pleaze help me.

Sir/Madam,I am a retailer of Reliance CDMA/GSM. Last 9.04.12 evening 8.23pm i am recharge a 3g net pack- Rs 225-/ ( M.No.-[protected]) My balance is credited, but the balance not successful in customer Mobile.no.That was the massages shows -"Request could not be processed please try again later. we regret the inconvenience". So i can contact since 5days to customer care & i am not satisfy this answer. so kindly request solve my problem earliest. Yours faithfully.
Reliance GSM — refund of balance
Dear sir,I am a reliance gsm user in ncr bearing no. [protected]. I received a message to subscribe to a pack of Rs.49 with collective facilities and it was stated to call on no 56572 tollfree. When I called on that number the pack was subscribed automatically without any confirmation. No confirmation message was sent to me. But on prior recharge the balance was deducted. I made a call to customer care immediately and I was informed that my subscription will be deactivated and the amount will be refunded. Now they are denying. I am sorry to inform you that if you don’t respond immediately, I will proceed to consumer forum.
