hii..
i m a user of Reliance-gsm number [protected].weekly or monthly my balance is deducted an d when i complaint to the customer care they said that i had used R-world.but i never used it..
Please rectify my problem.

I had lost near about 130 rupees balance from my mobile '[protected]' on[protected] .I call customer care and visit Service center many times but they don't gave me any information about balance loss and proper reply . I asked them to check my last three days account detail but they can't. Please help for same to get information about balance loss.
