[Resolved]  Reliance-gsm — balance deducted without any reason.

sir i am using reliance gsm servive bearing number [protected].My complaint is that my balance got deducted to minus without any reason. i never used or activated any service for my number but still my balance around 35 INR got deducted from my account.I tried to contact customer care but they are not giving any satisfactory reason for my complaint.This has happened thrice from the last 2 months. I am really very disturbed by your unneccesery problems which your company is creating to me.I want that my balance should be refunded back to my account. otherswise i have to stop using reliance connection or i will sue you to the consumer court.
