Reliance GSM — Deducting money without any information

Dear sir,

Deducting money from my prepaid gsm mobile a/c either i have not activated any scheem.
my mob.no is -[protected]( Haryana)

My company Reliance GSM has deducted money from my mobile No. [protected]. An amount of Rs. 30/- and 45/- is deducted though I am not subscribing activities. This is a clear case of cheating the customers.

MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] .1DAYS BEFORE I RECIVED A MESSAGE THAT CRBT SERVICE IS renewed AND YOU CHARGED RS 20 FOR 20 days BUT I NEVER REQUSTED FOR THIS SERVICE.

Reliance GSM — Money Deducted without information

My Mobile number is [protected]. 15 Rs. deducted from my balance and customer care is saying that you have activated "Mi Feelings". I same facilities is also deactivated without my intervention.

I had not sent such request for it. Sent a complaint for refund of money with complaint number "[protected]" but, final output is nothing.

Please help me to refund my balance and not to repeat such instance in future.

Respected Sir, i am an user(Jitendra Kumar) of reliance prepaid connection from last 03 years. Since Jun 2008. my connection No.was [protected] in kerala but now [protected] in banglore . The company started deducting extra amount for various unwanted services like fun club, live music, live chat etc, which i never asked for. after enquiring from their customer care service, each time i simply get reply that so and so service was activated in your account and it will not be happened next time .
my total bal reduce =60+40+30+20+10 means three times it happend sir
i want this mony back please.

Kindly solve the problem.

I strongly agree with these types of complaints, even i also faced same problem, i think 1 month before reliance deduct Rs.30 from my account for hello tune without my permission...and now they also deduct Rs.30 from my account for Mi feelings, i dont what is going on whats wrong with reliance communication, they are acting like they are nonprofessional...now i am thinking to change my number, i am fed up with reliance now, they are cheating with there customers..and 9000 employees are also ready to change there connection ...there is not the question of 30 rupees but question is company is not loyal with customer.they are playing constantly with there customers..but they dont know they are in this market because of the CUSTOMER.

my number [protected], without intimation, without my knowledge, money deducted in my account on 23/12/2011. reliance Rcom GSM. please kindly take action, otherwise pls give information about consumer forum.

RELIANCE-GSM — Deduction of money

This is chaitanya,having a reliance prepaid number with [protected].I got a message that my sms pack 39 is due under renewal on 02/04/2012,So i made a recharge of 39 in the evening of the same day.But on 4/42012 my account has been deducted with an amount of 39. I spoke to many of the costumer care representative regarding this.But no body is Responding about my money .I launch a complaint regarding this and the complaint number is "[protected]".
