[Resolved] Reliance India — Deduction without any notification | |||
Hi Sir. I am using reliance gsm (prepaid) connection from few months and i am very much disappointed from this service. They always deduct money from my a/c as much as possible without any prior notification. Several time i called to customer care and each time they said it won't happen once again. on 9th or 10th of August i again called to customer care and i asked them is there any other services activated or not but they said NO. In this month I recharged my a/c many times and today is the 5th time they have deducted money from my a/c. without any notification. some time they deduct 20, 30, 15, 25, 40 , 45 as much as possible. Today i recharged with Rs.55 and i got full talk time of Rs.55, i made few calls which will cost me maximum of Rs.15 , but when i checked my a/c balance around11 pm i see only Rs.0.65 left in my a/c. they are continueslly thefting my money. it is really disgusting .
please take some legal action against reliance gsm. i am ready to provide any kind of proof . Reliance India is a fraud company.
