Hi Reliance flocks,

Even after repeated complaints on connectivity issue, it stays.
I have taken the 4Mbps plan of monthly rental 1143.
Since May I have logged a lot of complaints for the same issue and nothing is resolved.
1) I do not see any refunds on no connectivity days & even charged for late payment even though there is no connectivity.
April month late payment was promised to be reversed...

Deduction of balance unnecessarily

sir,
as soon as i fill my balance reliance starts some value added service on my number and deduct money on daily basis. i have complained a lot of times but its a routine now. i have to call customer care all the time and waive off the service. i feel really humiliated now because i have lot of work to do and i can not spend all the time in this....

Legal notice for bill after closing the connection

I was using a reliance data card 3.1mbps for around 3 years and closed the connection last September after dissatisfied with their service. The problem I faced was I had taken a 1GB plan initially and wanted to change to 2GB on August 2013. I requested the customer care to change the plan but they said same tariff is applicable for both the plans. I was shocked when I received the bill for august month and raised a complaint but nobody listened....

Sir i have a reliance landlne connection number is [protected] which is currently not working. I'v complaint five or six time but not get any ki d of positive response yet.
It it continues then i have to take a bit hard or strong action over it, suffering a lot so sir kindlly resolve it timely....

SIM SERVICE PROBLEM

From my number on some of the numbers no voice is reaching on destination. I have been calling reliance customer care since Saturday evening, but no help has been done. On Monday morning they provided me a complaint number, but still no action taken, and i am not getting the solution. I have added 799 Rs tariff on my number which i have been unable to use...

Deduction without any notification

I am using reliance gsm (prepaid) connection from few months and i am very much disappointed from this service. They always deduct money from my a/c as much as possible without any prior notification. Several time i called to customer care and each time they said it won't happen once again. on 9th or 10th of August i again called to customer care and i asked them is there any other services activated or not but...

wrong account recharge through coupon.
