[Resolved]  Reliance India — SUBSCRIPTION TO HELLO TUNES, ETC WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE

The balance on my reliance number - [protected] gets deducted very often without me subscribing to anything. Finally fed up, I called up the customer care service and I was told that whatever I had subscribed (I had no idea) will be unsubscribed if I so desire. Naturally I asked to unsubscribe. Then the next day, I got a message saying that Rs. 15 will be deducted for a hello tune I subscribed. Shocked, I used a different phone and called my no. and listened to the crappiest hello tune ever... I guess this is how the company RELIANCE makes money at our expense! All I wanted was to be able to make and receive calls and send n receive smses.
