[Resolved] Reliance Infocom — MNP | |||
I am user of Vodafone prepaid mobile service vide mobile no. [protected] I have applied for MNP from Vodafone prepaid to RGSM prepaid on[protected] vide the reliance webworld Keshav Puram(Lawrence raod) It has been 10 days since I have made the request and done all the formalities including submission of address proof photographs and UPC. Last validity date for my UPC is 9th May 2011. As per the Info given at reliance website whose link is given below http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/mnp.html the MNP is done within 6 days. But now I am unable to use my mobile because I have left with no balance to call from it, also I am unable to recharge my mobile with Vodafone credit. I also tried calling the toll free relaince customer care no. for MNP but the executive denied to help me in any ways rather suggested me to talk to vodafone customer care. what kind of response is this from reliance .......... i am really in a fix wether to go for reliance or not.... my number is [protected], and [protected]. These numbers are purchased with reliance 3g tab.I have also activate data service pack rs 598/- for 2GB validity one month for the offer period for one year. AFter 2nd recharge i dont recd 2gb pck offer for my both numbers. i have also complain 4 times with cc but they told me every time your service is resolved and already updated my account but till date frrom recharge date[protected] i hvnt recd balance 1gb to my both numbers. this happens many times and i lost my lots of money for this type of problem .i am not happy with Customer Care of reliance.
please take action aginst this .
