[Resolved]  Reliance Infocom — GSM NETWORK PROBLEMS

I have recently ported my reliance CDMA connecton to a reliance GSM connection, the mobile phone set that I use is Nokia Asha 200.
I am finding the network connection very bad, in my home area in east Delhi it is impossible to communicate from an indoor location.
Even in Central Delhi like Lodhi Road, the reception is very bad even in open buildings and on outdoor locaitons, the reception is with an eco.
It appears that reliance GSM network service is very very bad. I have to now port the number to another service provider, which can only be done after 90 days. Its really bad RELIANCE.

Reliance Infocom — Network Connection Problem

I have been facing this real problem of not being able to make calls or send messages while at my home. I have called the customer care regarding this on the 1st place it takes nearly half an hour for me to get connected to the Reliance Customer care department.

I 1st lodged a complaint from the middle of road 7 o clock in the morning and i was told that the issue would be resolved within 120 hours.

I insisted that it is some thing that i cannot afford to do as being in the industry that i am in i really need to keep myself on the phone 24 by7.

To ensure that my complaint is acted upon seriously i sent across an email to the customer care department of Reliance infocom and i get a weird response saying that my problem would be resolved within 6 business working days. I replied to that email saying the same thing that I said that to the customer care rep the same morning that I cannot afford to do that but this time I get a reply to my email saying the same thing that its going to get resolved in 6 business working days.

I had a terrible time with this for the past 5 days. I called customer care people on the 6th August saying that my problem has not been resolved yet and that i wanted to speak with a supervisor the rep puts my call on hold for almost 15 mins and then some one comes on the line picks up the phone and hangs up on me.

Irrated and irritated I call them up again in the afternoon of the 6th and i speak with a supervisor called Pankaj who said that they have forwarded my issue to the concerned department and that my issue would be looked upon very seriously, when i insisted that its past 120 hours as i have been promised he ends up saying that there are some issues that takes more than 120 hours.

I really didnt know what to say.

This experience has made me loose all the trust from the word Customer care services in India. I work for a firm where we have outsourced work and when people from different countries say that Indian s are not too good with customer service I now realize why they feel this way. I think such incidents also contributes to the economy of the country.

And if incidents like this continues then i am pretty sure, i would be forced to get the consumer court involved into this for the loss of business that i face in this process and the financial crisis that i might face.

I would solely blame it to the Reliance's negligence in this space and i would ensure that proper action is taken against the defualters.

I have the names and date and time of every call that i have made to the CC dept of Reliance. My complaint request number is : 73193551.

Reliance Infocom — there is no network where i live

[protected], [protected], [protected] jo vasai west rcom ki head reliance comunication se karedha tha, jo sirf vasai city main he incoming or outgoing karpathe hai . or jahan humne vasai city cross kiya or vasai city se hum ghar gaye to network ka ek bhi point nahi hota hai, ab yeh teen me se abhi tak ek he use kiya hai jo jab vasai city ya mumbai jathe hai, tab he kaam karta hai, plz meri yeh teeno sim card without network rakhe hai ghar me . meri all indian se request hai woh meri tarah dokha nahi or reliance ka gsm nahi karideh jab tak network acha na hojaye.(jab anil ambani ne yeh gsm service launch ki thi tab kaha tha ke rteliance gsm main network problem or congestion nahi hoga yeh mera vaadha hai .)

GSM Connection — Bad Network

Last month I had brought GSM connection and I have observed that the network of Relience GSM is very bad, all my friends and relative complaints about the network. Earlier I was using MTNL connection now I feel it to be more worst that MTNL.
Problem that I am facing are
1)When ever I send messages on other network It do not go.
2)I cannot recevied call from MTNL Garoun CDMA .
3)Busy Network all the time

Please solve these problems else Unfortunaely I have to switch to some other network.

Reliance mobile/GSM service — very very bad network service

my complaint dt.03.03.2009 regarding network problem still remain unattended even after a period of 50days. Everytime i call to their customer care, they always reply that complaint is under consideration of their technical department and they never assures me when my complaint will be resolved. I have sent email to their nodal office and appellate authority but with regret to say that this company is not answering the queries of their customers. The present gsm service is the worst amongst the all service providers of my city.

Reliance GSM Mobile Connection — Very Very Bad Network Problem

I want to put up a serious concern about the Reliance which claims to be the better Network Service Provider in India .I am using Reliance GSM connection and facing a very serious trouble over network issue. I not even receive a single bit of network in Banglaore City . I reside in BTM 9th Main , Bangalore-560029. I am not able to receive any single bit of network in my cell phone . Even the callers who dials to me , get connected after a serious try of 4-5 times, sometimes it goes on to 10-15 times. Even I can't able to make calls, it connects after a long time . Sometimes it take hours to get a single network recieve in my cell.Reliance is big giant but we are a small consumer( even we loses something when we faces this cell connectivity problems) . I appeal a sincere request to the Consumer complaint authority to look towards it to help the citizens who are trusting on them to help .
