[Resolved] Reliance Internet — Connection Not working Properly. | |||
Dear Sir, I have got Reliance Wired internet connection, for the last six months iam facing lot of problems with the connection.Particularly for every 10 days my connection won't get connected and it shows limited or no connectivity.This usually happens for every 10 days.I have made lot of phone complaints to the customer care.But none of them responded properly.My customer id is[protected].Kindly see in the complaint history of last 6 months. BSNL-HOME250 — Internet not getting connected properly
Hello,My number is[protected]I am using Home250 Plan.
My ADSL light in the modem is blinking.It is not getting Stabilized.
My PC is Perfectly working.It must the problem in BSNL....

RELIANCE NET — not working properly
I am the net holder of reliance net serve in a month i lodge more that 5 complaint but the grievance is still pending the technician come and repair it initial stage after repairing in a half hour the dsl light disappear, repeatly i inform in the customer centre but my grievance is not solve.i am totally dissatishfy with the care of customer service if my grievance is not solve i disconnect the net service and inforn the higher authority of reliance. after lodge a compalaint the techenicial attented not in 24 hours but more than 2 to 4 days it is effected to the reputation of the company and the customer of the reliance service.sagar solanki

i tarun verma residant of saini enclave wants to complaint about the internet problem which was connected about two-three months and it is making problem for me . when i am working on my net then suddenly net turns off . always my work loose please send any one to check our service .

RELIANCE NET — not work properly
Sir,My son has lodged a complaint to the reliance net. the net repairer has attended the complaint today dt23/10/2009.But he is a unknown person who is not known how the computer was start. he has not solve the problem till a date net is not working .you are requested to redressed my grievance as early as possible to avoid the hardship. Your early response may be highly appreciated
