Dear @ when ur exe. came then say to me that down loading & surfing is free 15 hrs in day &40 hrs in night . but my first bill came 510 & second came 883 why ???? but he has say to me ur plan is 350/only .so why ?so why ?so why?

Reliance Broadband — selling of product by making me fool
Sir / Madam,This is to inform you that I’M Sabir Ali, I have taken a Broadband connection (Application form no. [protected]).
Executive (Abhijit, mobile no. [protected] / [protected] ) told me that Surfing is FREE & Downloading upto 1GB is free (Plan 199+50).
But when I got my bill (Bill Date : 23/08/08- I discover that surfing is limited & downloading is free only up to 350MB.
Executive make me fool and sold me your product by providing me wrong information.
I had make a complain to [protected]@relianceada.com (ID[protected]/08/2008) but no effective steeps were taken.
Therefore I’M requesting you to take an EFFECTIVE steeps against the problems state above. Waiting for your positive & favorable response from your side.
