[Resolved]  Reliance Net Connection — Data Card free offer its just Reliance's way of cheating people!

satyam — net connection problem

i am using tata indicom data card for a while for my acer laptop.from past few days whenever i am trying to connect it is showing message remote computer does not respond.
please treat it urgently and tell the solution

THE TECNICAL SUPPORT IS VERY VERY POOR.IT HAS TAKEN TWO DAYS TO INSTALL THE NEW RELIANCE NET CONNECTION.NO PROPER RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER.THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE SALES MANAGER MR.RAJKUMAR AT MADURAI UNIT H.O SHOULD BE CORRECTED TO CUSTOMER LEVEL. HE IS NOT DESERVING TO THE BEST LEVEL. HIS ACTIONS AND FOLLOW UP OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IS HIGHLY CONDEMNABLE.TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO SAFEGUARD THE INTEREST OF RELIANCE NETWORK UNIT SERVICE IN MADURAI. THANKING YOU SIR.

i also taken the netconnection last two days
till now it was not activated
there r not supporting me also
they have said that i[censored] pay 2900 we will give connection, card, one month unlimited
now i am asking means they said that few days before it has gone and they have not given money back also
saying that it is for activation, connection etc

what i have known from this is reliance is the no.1 waste company

i never sell any goods which r coming from reliance

Dear Reliance Customer Service,
I took connection 2 months before. I have paid 220/- & 520/- in thesse last two months. Now I have been charged 2879.54/- suddenly within 10 Days. How is it possible? I think it is the 2nd biiggest frauad of Reliance after the SATYAM.Reliance is doing fraud with customers. This company should be treated in supreme court . The following is the customer details :--
