I HAVE TAKEN A FRESH CONNECTION OF RIM MOBILE NO.-[protected] ON 07.08.2008 AT MUMBAI BUT IT IS NOW ACTIVATE INSPITE OF SUBMISSION OF ALL REQUSITE PAPAERS. PLEASE ARRANGE TO ACTIVATE.

Reliance Mobile — Sim Number Not Activated

Am a customer of Reliance Mobile. My number was deactivated due to non submission of bill amount.

After that I have deposited the bill amount (on 9th January 2009 ). I have been asked that my number will be activated in 24 hours but 5 days (24*5=120 hours) has been passed & my number is STILL NOT ACTIVATED. I called Customer Care 1000 times, went to Reliance Showroom Sec 14 Gurgaon, & was told that in system my number has been activated.BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. ITS CONTINOUSLY SHOUTING THAT 'TO RESUME SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE'. CAN ANYBODY IN THE WORLD HELP ME OUT BECAUSE I AM IN THE ROAMING STATE & WITH THIS SERVICE I CANNT RELY ON RELIANCE.

Reliance Mobile — non activation of number

two days before i had purchased a new reliance mobile. I had requested the company to transfer the data to my new mobile phone as the old phone did not have a sim card. But to my utter disappointment the number has not been activated so far, the result that now both the phones, the new and the old are not working. I was to receive a number of international calls and i have not been able to receive them. It is requested that the number may be activated at the earliest to facilitate my receiving and making calls from the mobile.

Reliance Mobile — NON ACTIVATION

i have lost my reliance sim bearing mobile no [protected] & i got a duplicate sim from your outlet on 30/5/2009 but the duplicate sim does, t activate till date 11/6/2009 16.05 houres
There is no service or network on phone and no responce of costmer care
whet can i do?????????????

The connection was withdrawn from your side stating that documents was not submitted accordingly.Though i have given the documents still this has happened.Nobody informed me that you have not received the document.
This actually happened after fifteen days o[censored]sing the connection, then again I have submitted connection got active after that again you people are saying we have not received the document, now you peple want those documents again.

I don't understand what the hell you people are doing sitting over their???????
U people commit mistake and blame ur customers that they have not produced the document.This is quite ridiculous and horrible...

Its my fault that I had taken your connection .I am also working in service industry for the past five years but the services u people are providing its unexpected...

Because of this kinds of activities people say u people are fake, Airtel is far better...

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — mobile is not activated

i have paid through net rs 100 for recharge of mobile no [protected] about a week back. however till now recharge is not effected and also not activated.please take necessary action .please reply to [protected]@rediffmail.com

Reliance — non-activation of sim

Sir,
On 09 Feb 11 i have givin rs. 250/- as security deposite to m/s brodwin for activation of new reliance postpaid connection. They had assured me to activate my number within a day and some facilities also. But after 10 days also they have not activated my number. On inquiry they told that the security deposite was rs. 500/-. On telling them to return the security deposite they are telling to come to their shop and get the money back or you do as you want. This is very embarrasing for a customer. Please look into the matter.
i am using old model mobile phone with out sim .but i loss my no how to identify the m no plz clarify with me

SIM PURCHASED ON 18.3.2013, IS NOT ACTIVATED BY THE COMPANY TILL TODAY. I LODGED MY COMPLAIN ON 21.3.2013, BUT COMPANY IS NOT REPLYING IN THIS REGARD. I THINK I AM CHEATED. MAY I TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR SIM ACTIVATION???
SIM ACTIVATED ON 25.3.2013. COMPANY TAKES 7 DAYS IN ACTIVATION A SIM, WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES YOU ARE PROVIDING?? SERVICES OF COMPANY ARE WORSTEST, AS PER MY EXPERIENCE.
