[Resolved]  Reliance Resq — Non receipt of policy for AMC

I had purchased a Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital located at Fun City Mall Shahadra in Sept 2009. At the end of the first year of free service that was provided by Reliance Digital, they sold me a four year AMC- which was to be serviced by Reliance RESQ (situated within Reliance Digital outlet). I opted for this AMC on July 3, 2010 and paid the required amount of 2206 by cheque from my ICICI bank account. I was given a receipt (receipt No 851) of the same by RESQ. My account was debited for the amount within a week of this, however, it has been over 6 months and i am still to receive any policy of AMC or any service. I have visited the RESQ desk at Reliance digital at least 10 times and have been told that the policy is getting despatched. I cant get my servicing done without the policy and have no answer as to how and when i will get my policy. I think RESQ is just cheating its customers. Strangely, there is no phone number listed on the receipt that was given.It only mentions an address A-175 Sector 63, Noida. There is no website or any phone number mentioned of this anywhere online.
Is there anyway i can get my money back from RESQ.

I am a resident of noida and had purchased my HP laptop from the reliance digital showroom in Ghaziabad in 2009.I had also opted for an extended Protection Plan through Reliance Resq.Last month I had submitted my laptop at the resq desk in ghaziabad reliance digital store.They'd promised to repair it within 15 days.I have been constantly calling them up to check the status but the respose is always casual.The person working there, named Mahender, keeps on giving excuses upon excuses like sir its in process, a part was taking time, assembly not done, etc.It has been more than a month since I had submitted it at resq.There is no number of resq, and the one provided in the bill is always busy.Last week I had talked to the same guy who'd said that he'll call me the next day to give a fixed date of return.Nothing of that sort has happened.I am furious and the laptop being an essential gadget for my work, I am in a fix. I have been reading forums and have come to the knowledge that Reliance Resq customers everywhere have been suffering the same fate!! Will I ever see my laptop?
