Reliance Smart Connection — False money deduction

i had recharged my mobile yesterday of Rs.110/- (full talk time) but still it was my balance showing Rs.0.37 only. am unable to make any calls. please help.

i am priti and my mobile no is [protected].on 21st may sum of rs 30 was deducted and i received a sms confirming M-VIDEO service has been activated in my no, which i haven't asked for. again on 30th may i discover that my balance was errouneously deducted from 70 to 19.in the meantime i called up to the customer care(west of west bengal circle) but i am not satisfied with the service being provided by ur people.till date i have called 15 times but my complaint has not been taken into consideration, moreover their coduct was rather very aweful.i hope registering complain here would surely taken into consideration and all unnecessary services will be deactivated and the amount will be refunded soon and i think i would not be annoyed by 'the' reputed company of this nation next time.
kindly direct me if any necessary action required at my end.

my account balance has been deducted from my cell phone so for which reason it has been deducted please tell the reason and refund the money my cell number is [protected]. please if something is activated then please disconnect the activation as soon as possible.

sir,my sim no. Is [protected].i hv checked my balance on 14/01/2011 and it was 100.61 rs
Now today on 16/01/2011 it is only 67.09 rs. I hv not made too many calls in ths period for such deduction.pls take proper steps nd refill my actual balance
