Activation of Music without my knowledge, so balance deducted

Dear Sir,

I recharged Rs 55 in my reliance smart connection (Ph no :[protected]) on 31st of May 2012. But next day Rs 20 is deducted from my account balance due to Music subscription. But I have not registered any such subscription. they automatically registered. Now i called the customer care. They told me that i can't get back my balance as i had registered, but which is not true. Can you please ook into this. Same thing...

Unable to do outgoing and incoming call

I am Sonu kumar one of the reliable customer of your mobile company and my number is [protected]. But it’s my fate, on 21st September onward; I can’t do any call from my mobile number. I also try to speak customer care from my mobile no but calls are not connected.
So, I talk to them with another smart number. I wanted to know them what is the actual problem of my number? They said to me that the problem of my submitting document....

Auto activation of SMS voucher

there r 2types of sms voucher-1.auto activation..& 2..through easy...
1time i ve activted auto,bt i disactve dat after 1month,,bt after 2month smart itself again actvated dat scheme & dedect money from my balace....& customer care is worst CC in dis India...dey r doing nothig....den i changd my numder & this time without my auto activatn smart itself again deduct Rs.19 from my current balace...dey dnt get back our money....smart...

I am a user of Reliance smart connection for last 2yrs. Suddenly my outgoing has being stopped I dont no why though I had balance in my cell of more than Rs.80/-,however the incoming facility is active. Please rectify the same with immediate effect....

registration for do not disturb

i have tried 1909 so many times , my money is also deducted and do not disturb is not activated on my number .[protected].
please advice what to do

No Responce fro Cus.Care

Hi im Dr.sanket Sinha my mob no.is [protected].On 2nd oct i rechareged my no with Rs 303 for net actvation on my no,after that im trying the cus care no.to talk to cus care person to tell me the settings for my samsung e250 but there is no responce my call is put on hold for long time.I want to connect net to computer throug mobile. Im faid up with this,Plz help me out....

False money deduction

I am Armav Chakraborty and my mobile no. is [protected]. today morning at 6:44 am 10/- is deducted and I received a SMS that Reliance MyTune Service is activated to my account and this is totally unnecessary for me. It is activated without my permission. Please deactivate this subscription and refund my money....

Not able to activate Smart Tunes by dialling 55300

I am not able to activate the Smart tune provided by your Company by dialling 55300 on me mobile phone. The No. of my cell is [protected]. Although an amount of Rs.3/- per mnt. is being deducted from my a/c, i am not able to activate the above service. I have been enjoying this service of your company a number of times before. there must be some technical snag in your server. PLEASE ADVICE....
