[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Connection — Not able to activate Smart Tunes by dialling 55300

I am not able to activate the Smart tune provided by your Company by dialling 55300 on me mobile phone. The No. of my cell is [protected]. Although an amount of Rs.3/- per mnt. is being deducted from my a/c, i am not able to activate the above service. I have been enjoying this service of your company a number of times before. there must be some technical snag in your server. PLEASE ADVICE.

Smart Connection — In & Out goingcall closed fivedays without notice.customer care complain taking for me few hours service.

Smart Tune — Why -balance?????/

My main balance being in negative automatically ..always use to recharge to det more balance but it reduced n deducted from my main balance .regularly why?????

Smart Connection — unable to activate

I hav taken a New connection after submitting all the required papers but stall they did not activated my number which was taken for bussiness perpose and was printed on my visiting card
bill and other legal papers as well.

I have a pre paid smart connection no. [protected], I have got a message from smart that " Your resubscriptin to BGM ( Back ground music) has been successfully done, enjoy the calling with favourite talk tunes" & smart has deducted Rs. 20.00 from my balance. I have never requested for BGM from service provider. When I call to the customer care they told me that you have actived the service. I have told to customer care that first of all I have never actived the BGM, how it came the question of resubscription & and I also urge them to give me the details when I subscription the BGM, they are unable to give the details of my queries. I have urged them to give me the complain number but they did not give me the complain number.
It is not the matter of Rs. 20.00, but why the service provider forcefully deducted my account, which I have never subscribe. Please advice.

My Nokia Mobile Set 1108 alongwith SMART connection has been pick pocketed from Har-Ki-Pauri, Hardiwar during Arati Session. My Mobile IMEI No. [protected] & my SMART connection no. [protected]. Also I have lodge a complain to Har-Ki-Pauri, Hardiwar police chouki.

Please arrange to lock the set & SIM also.

Reliance Smart Connection — whimsical deduction of balance

I have reliance smart connection bearing No.[protected]. I had recharged the mobile with Rs. 209/- on 11/02/09 and when I checked my ba;lance on 12/02/09 I found that it is only Rs. 6/-. I immediately contacted the customer care. After my persuation of 3/4 times they replied that the songs have been downloaded. To my utter surprise, I have not downloded a single song. I am ready to face any inquiry in this regard. I request you make a detailed verification and immediately credit balance of Rs. 194/- in to my account, otherwise I will be compelled to move consumer court.
I have smart card no [protected]. Though I have never requested for renewal of smart tune an amount of Rs.30/- is being deducted every month from my account. Again I have never requested for jokes, for which an amount of Rs10/- is being deducted every month.
I requested the service centre very often and there is no fruitful result.
Once again I herewith request for disconnection of Smart Tune and Joke subscription at the earliest.
I want one lifetime connection as much low call rate. pls sent mail as early as possible.

My connection number is [protected] & as on 21.03.09 my balance was Rs.86/- approx & all of sudden my balance was reduced by Rs. 93/-only, resulted the balance is negative & unable to connect any one & it is got embrassed to us. However we have tried your customer care cell more then 150 times from 21.03.09 to 24.03.09 to know how the balance is reduced & what is the reason behind but your customer care service did not response anytime, resulted our cell's battery is down & had iritation from your customer care service that is 58200.

At last I am interested to know why our balance is deducted & can I get back the deducted amount. Please clarify why the balance is deducted &expecting that the reply would be received within day or two .

Smart Connection — what the reason my number is dropped

Dear sir, I purchase 3month sim for reliance gsm service .The no is [protected] initally starting after some time the no is dropped.I meet local gsm service provider muzaffarpur, They say to that your address is not
proved.I give to all positive evident.They have say only you wait it.Address is verified then your number
when continue.But i awaited it lot.And i finally decided to contact consumer form and take panneelty for that.I request to you that i only wait you for 5days only otherwise no option have remain.
