Reliance Smart Connection — Auto activation of SMS voucher

there r 2types of sms voucher-1.auto activation..& 2..through easy...
1time i ve activted auto,bt i disactve dat after 1month,,bt after 2month smart itself again actvated dat scheme & dedect money from my balace....& customer care is worst CC in dis India...dey r doing nothig....den i changd my numder & this time without my auto activatn smart itself again deduct Rs.19 from my current balace...dey dnt get back our money....smart z a bad,worst connection.....Airtail,voda much better dan Smart.....i need halp....i wan 2 get back money now......

Reliance Smart Connection — disrupt connection

I took one reliance smart connection at Kolkaka on[protected] mob no-[protected]). I deposited all the paper on the same date. My mobile was working fine for one week suddenly one fine morning its connection was stopped. I talked to the vendor and he gave me the number of Mr Rajeev ( mob no-[protected]), while talking to him i was come to know that my all paer was misplaced and he told me to deposit the paper once again again i deposited the paper at reliance distributor 26/1/1, deodhar road, hazara, Kolkata on 21/02/2009 and i was told that your service will be resumed with in 12 hours but on 23/01/2009 when my connection was not restored then i enquired then he told me that it will take another 48 hours.
As i am new to kolkata then also i was told to go here and there for seven days for depositing the papersand i was just like big harassment for me .
Your company is such a big reputed company but your employee behaviour is not at par with your
company .Please look in to the matter and kindly restore my connection

I hav bought a new smart connection this month at Rs.50 wid cheaper call rates...
Its been working properly for 1 week but suddenly there occurs a problem showing subscriber not found..
I hav twice submitted my identity proof(a voter card xerox+photo), but still the problem exist...
kindly look into the matter as soon as possible...waiting for ur reply!!!

My name is Rishav Choudhary my cell number is[protected]. I have recharged my cell on 19th July 2009 for Rs 111 and Reliance Smart has deducted Rs 30 from my balance.

When I inquired for the same in Customer Care they said that it was deducted for the reason I have opted for the Masti Pack and for that my Rs 30 was deducted.If i would have opted I must get any message for that but I didn't got any message for that also. Everyday these scam calls come in our number and I disconnect the call. Then why the hell they have deducted this money from my account.

I have also got a complaint Number from Reliance Customer Care[protected] and the person said me that I will get a call within 2 days. I don't have problem if I get the money the problem arises is why they will deduct money just like that.

I request the management to return my money back.

They have no rights to deduct money with this scam calls like Masti Pack.

For your info one of my friends money has also been deducted for this masti pack, though he has also not opted for that.

Reliance Smart Connection — Activation of Caller Song without requestion and Rs. 40nhas been deducted.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Reliance Smart No. -[protected].

In my set caller music has been downloaded and activated on 10 th October 2009 without any sort my request as result Rs. 40 has been deducted from account. I talked to your customer executive. But he is telling that this my fault But I'm 100% sure that there is no option has been preesed in favour of your call.

So, I request you to update my balance and deactivate the caller music otherwise I'll disconnect my two reliance smart no. ([protected] and [protected]) because of your fraud transaction.
