i have tried 1909 so many times, my money is also deducted and do not disturb is not activated on my number .[protected]

I keep getting too many unwanted messages which is really irritating.i am very fade with the Reliance GSM Service. Daily i got a 8-10 times promotional Call & SMS from Reliance.For this i do an SMS to the 1909 no. & i tried many times Call for DND activation but every time error coming "buffers too small" like messages. I tried on Reliance CustomerCare also but all times its not connected. And this is the big problem of Reliance that his Customer Care is not connected.
