[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — Re ": Regarding Internet Connection problem "

Sir/Madam,
My name is NIRAJ CHANDRA SRIVASTWA. Three days ago
I have taken Life time Reliance Smart connection. I have also recharged the connection with Rs. 303 for internet connection.
The internet connection was provided but today I am not getting
internet access. I have already tried to contact the customer care
executives. But the phone line is always engaged. My mobile no. is [protected] & the connection is in the name of my father. My father name is PRATAP CHANDRA. Kindly register my complaint. Also I want to know whether I can be able to connect my computer with internet using my mobile.

not providing me with the gprs setting
i have taken new reliance connection but it has activated .After a few day its hav been deactivated. Although i have given document three times .I am from bhagalpur, bihar no care about thr customer.Pls take seaver action about this

RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — Connectivity Problem

I have two connection of Reliance Smart GSM mobile, I complained a week before this entry, to customer care exicutive ( Complain No was 95016366 as per Customer care) that I am unable to connect one IDEA mobile no. from my two mobiles. Call is comming from that no. but not connecting by my both mobiles.They told me daily that problem was solved soon but problem still remains.I am regularly calling that no. from outside.

The internet connection was provided but I getting
internet access very slow its download speed is 0.08-2kbps and this month in our location packet data was not avaiable for 7 days thats why i was not able to use the internet.internet conectin for 30 days i have to spent 303 rs.means for 1 day i have to spent 10.10rs.why i carry the cost of nonusing time sum of rs 70.70.who can give me the sum of rs 70.70. I have already tried to contact the customer care
executives. But the phone line is always engaged.when i able to contuct them they told me our server is busy thats why conection is slow .i complaint it 30 times .i use smart net for 3 months but still have the same prob.some time i use airtel.where airtel gives 10-15kbps download speed.so why i use smart net? when i told to customer care
executive he told me its ur choice.its ur prob.i asking u sir, if i spent mony and not gate sufficeant servise i have to right to complain to customer care .but ur customer care executives are not satisfi me of there service.if my prob solved i promice i use smart other wise not. RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — connectivity problem

Sir, I am a customer of reliance gsm service.These days I am suffering from a lot of problem. Now a days, i face a lot of problem when i try to connect any number other than reliance communication. whenever i call i got a voice response that "All the network of this route is busy plese call after sometime". Please take this matter into your consideration and solve my problem as early as possible.
I have GSM Sim but it shows sim rejected on mobile from today.
I used this from july.

I'm Rilang from Shillong.I had a reliance internet connection 3 months back.It was working fine(though its abit slow) until 17.12.09 .I recharge it with Rs81 for 1 week validity.I couldn't connect so i called d costumer care, he told me problem will be fixed within 48 hrs.i called again after 48hrs n i was again told "problem will be fixed within 48 hrs".which means i'm going to lose 4/7 days...SAD to know Reliance cannot make up for those days which we costumer are losing without using their service... If things aren't going to change n good service aren't available, costumer like me and many out there will start losing faith and trust on RELIANCE...
Hello Everybody
I have taken the reliance-internet connection under plan 499-unlimited download free with 100 kbps speed.
But from the first day of my connection i am not getting enough speed.Regarding this i have complain in customer care for 3-4 times just in 3-days. But my problem yet not solved.Regarding i had talked with the T.L. of customer care but my problem not solved.They alwasy promise me that we will solved your problem within 24hr. but no satisfying result.
so please kindly suggest me some solution regarding this
