False Charging

From last 4-5 months, I have been charged with Indiagames an add on service which is not being used by me. But on complaining every month they give me a waiver. But repeating the same every month. even charged this month.

Reliance Telecom - Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India

on 20th september 2011 reliance gsm service provider deducted 19 rupees from my account in name of sms pack activation but neither the service was activated nor my money was returned, when i complained they said it was returned but the truth is it is not returned yet and now they say that they will not return my money at any cost my last complain no. is 163075148
