[Resolved]  Reliance Wimax — Billing even after disconnected

Hello,

I had a Reliance Wimax connection and I disconnected its service 3 months ago due to its bad service.
Registering a complaint itself was a tremendous task, as I had to wait in the phone line for more than 30 - 40 mins (STD call). After getting connected I was told that they cannot register my complaint (for disconnecting the service), as there was some problem with their database at that time.
Again after one week I called up and only after about 45 minutes I could speak to the personnel. I registered my complaint for disconnecting the service and I was told that within 5 days all formalities will be completed.

But even after 2 - 3 months nothing has happened and I'm getting calls for paying the bills for last 3 months which I never used. It is very clear that I have never even connected through their service but the bill keeps coming regularly. I'm really fed up with Reliance!

Never ever buy any product from Reliace company as their policy is to steal people like us.

I applied for a reliance wimax connection and due to feasibility issue the wimax connection was not possible and i was told that my cheque will be returned or cancelled to me and today on 31st Reliance has deducted Rs 2980 from my account and when i compained Reliace manager in Koregaon Park office. I was told that its company policy and my money will be refunded after 45 days.

I am going to launch complain about it and i am going to add my post on many websites. I will also mention the name of the person who replied me in bad way and kept on disconnecting my call. I m in my office and have not brought my cell. Very soon everybody will know the cheat and fraud of reliance.

Frndz never buy any product from Reliance. They just cheat us and do fraud in billing. You can contact me on [protected].
I have had a similar complaint with reliance.They have even sent me a lokadat notice. They have charged me for the period when cancellation was lodged, .Their custromer service people did not register the cancellation from July until end of September, then in October they cancelled it,
I have complained many times about it and npow I get this notice to pay them 3000 rs./- They are a pack of cheats and thiefs.
All their work is unethical.
I totally agree with you.Reliance is the worst service providor. I had asked for Wimax internet connection and due to lack of signal I could not get the connectivity.They had also given to me in writing that connection is not available.This happened on 30th April, 2010.At the time of enrolling I had to issue a cheque for 5019 Rs. when am not getting the connection what is their business in encashing the cheque.Relaince is a fruad compnay.It is a pity that such company's still survive in India.
