[Resolved]  Reliance Wimax — Theft of optical fiber

To whomsoever it may concern,
I am in deep trouble due to unprofessional behavior of one of the employees from Reliance wimax dept.
I had lodged a complaint some days ago for poor connectivity of my reliance connection. A representative from ril came in for repair works and took the keys of the terrace exclaiming that the problem seems to be on the dish attached on the tank.
After he had left, one of my society members was stunned to see that the recently attached wires by his ISP (Tickona) have been cut. Now they are holding me responsible for the damages and asking me to pay for the losses.
I have been trying to reach the engineering office that is at MIDC (Andheri East, Mumbai) and am not getting any response. The person who answers my call is Mr. Ram and the person who visited my residence is Roshan.
I am hoping that Reliance too does not act as unprofessional as these guys and takes the department to task.
