[Resolved] Reliance Wimax — Charged me without giving me connection. | |
Hi frndz, Never ever buy any product from Reliace company as their policy is to steal people like us. My name is Pawan Kumar Thakur and my contact number is [protected]. I applied for I applied for a reliance wimax connection and due to feasibility issue the wimax connection was not possible and i was told that my cheque will be returned or cancelled to me and today on 31st Reliance has deducted Rs 2980 from my account and when i compained Reliace manager in Koregaon Park office. I was told that its company policy and my money will be refunded after 45 days. I am going to launch complain about it and i am going to add my post on many websites. I will also mention the name of the person who replied me in bad way and kept on disconnecting my call. I m in my office and have not brought my cell. Very soon everybody will know the cheat and fraud of reliance. Frndz never buy any product from Reliance. They just cheat us and do fraud in billing. You can contact me on [protected]. Very soon i will post the name and phone of the ppl who have cheated me and treated badly after cheating me. frndz never ever buy anything from reliance. Hi all,
I took a reliance phone long back in my name VIJAYAN TV and for some reasons i asked to disconnect and took a new connection in my wife name for the same number. But my previous connection is not disconnected still i m getting montly bill payments for that old number. I complined many times over phone but no one disconnected my prvious connection and getting monthly bill for that. Hence kindly take this matter as urgent and pls stop sending bill for my previous connection which i asked to disconnect. Below are the details of my old connection

Since 2 months my connection was giving me trouble and I gave complaints, it used to work for some time and aagain problem. I asked to terminate, but some smart guy called Anand Sahane (Sahane) called me and requested not to terminate and he will resolve this issue. I tried but no improvment, they took advance payment for plan change and did not provide service. Now they are calling me for payment.
When I spoke about termination that smat guy was calling every day and requesting not to teminate, Now that smart guy is not taking calls also.

Reliance — cheating without giving connection
hii took reliance connection two months back .i am an std user.so i took reliance mobile with togather with an offer of rs 496 std pack. i have submitted my proofs. they have given me the connection for 1 month.then they disconnected my connection .when i called custcare they asked me to submit my proof again. i again submitted. i have paid 496 for std and for the last one month they have not done anything on my connection.when i called them they asked me to submit proofs once again.3rd time also i submitted my proofs, .all athese time they called me for verification.but still no connectio, . this is like insulting me.very bad of reliance people i say... i dont knw why reliance is trying to cheat people, whenever i call customer care they are asking me to contact the reliance outlet to which i have submitted my proofs.whenever i call the the reliance outlet to which i have submitted my proofs, they asked me to call the reliance custcare, .wat s this actulayy... i m ready to disconnect my connection... but will u refund my 495 rupees+999 ( reliance phone)??????????????????? or willyou get me the connection back?????????????????????? this is really like INSULTING. i am ready to go for a legal procedure if you are not getting back my connection within this week...
