This is denny here, i have taken your reliance wimax connection since around 6 months. The very moment I took the connection i have been severely facing problems, sometimes regarding ip address assignment, sometimes slow connectivity and most of the times with the antenae which is like a umbrella which you cant use in rainy season hnce no use.
This time its a concern with the antenae only. Since 10-days i am facing the problem of slow connection and i think you can imagine what for i am mailing you.
Now a days most my time goes in dialing your customer care number where i think all useless fellows are sitting like ducks with no interests in resolving customer care issues.
i do have several complain numbers but leave it the latest of all i am providing, its[protected]
The technical person do came to my house and was even unable to talk either in hindi or in english but was unable to resolve the issues.Being aware of the fact that my antenae needed to be changed still he didnt came with a new one and thus ended up in just changing some ip configurations which was never enough to solve it out.
I dont want to mention those customer care persons names whom i talked to who were just gud for nothing.
