[Resolved] Reliance Wimax — Most Pathetic Service | |
Hello, I applied for the reliance wimax internet connection in Pune. Without checking the technical fusibility they took 562 Rs. and they committed me to give connection in 5 days.. then i had to call them for at least 15 times. and finally they came for the installation after 13 Days and later on they found that its not fisibile to give the connection. For refund my money they are asking me 45 Days which is totally nonsense. I had to call them so many times to get the installation done. Every time i called i got false commitments. It is certainly the worst management i have ever seen. And Reliance WiMax is the worst company to work. Reliance — No Wi-MAX connectivity since 5 Days
HI,I am having a Reliance Wi-Max connection and there is no connectivity since 5 days, and when i call the customer care for complain, they will tell you the same thing that they are forwarding the problemt to the technical team and they will look into the issue and will call you after they have fixed the problem.
But it has been 5 days for me and there is no body calling me neither they are solving the issue.
One of their technician rang and told that he will come but he roamed the whole of bangalore and went away neither coming to my premises nor bothering to call me.
Reliance is the worst ISP provider i have encountered with but in a country like india where there are a few ISP providers, Reliance is ruling and it is the worst ISP provider.
I am plannning not to conitnue with reliance any more.
