[Resolved]  Reliance Wimax — Legal threats

Hi,

This is in regards to some Reliance WIMAX connection i had in 2008 and cancelled the same very next month of subscription.

To my surprise after 2 years there is a SMS stating some dues fo INR 462.00. Thought the amount is too minimal to be discussed, however would like to know the authenticity of the same.

There was some concerns then and the same was communicated to the customer service. The delay from Reliance end landed in delay of cancellation which was addressed and closed then.

How do one remember the concern and the conversation then. The legal delartment has called now and are irresponsible rude. Not ready to listen there mistake then, but asking if I will pay or not or will face some legal action.

This is ridiculous.
