sir, plz kindly inform me is there any way to speak to the Reliance(smart) customer care agent? because i m always suffering from the balance deduction problem. from last 2 months they are deducting my rs- 14/ for the sms pack n its getting 2times each month. and i want to talk to the customer care agent regarding this... so please kindly inform me how can i speak to the customer care executive..? Hi, my smart no is [protected], on 19.10.2012, i got sms that my balance has been deducted by 30 rs as vas activated!!!I did not even do that in my dream.What is this????I am searching for customer executive nos.But have not got that.This is and illegal money deduction.I wqant my balance back.This things are planned.
