[Resolved]  Residential Flat — Builder charging huge for NOC

Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased under construction flat in August 2007 in Kalyan. Now due to my financial conditions I would like to sale my flat to the buyer at agreed terms & conditions.

When we contacted Builder to issue NOC to get the loan from bank, at that time, builder demanded Rs. 200 per Sq. ft. which is huge.

Can you suggest to whome we should contact to resolve this issue.
