later I came to know that normally the tax is around Rs.7000

Cosumer no; [protected] ADDRESS: 49/36 Mahadevan street, west mamabalam. Sir, EB charges for the month May 2021 for the above consumer no is levied as 6730 rupees. My mothly charges wlll be around[protected] only for so many months. surprised to note that readings are not taken and charges were levied orbitarily. kindly do needful to look into and advise charges as per consumption please ....

Please visit to 262 e 2 3rd floor raju apartment near bhuiya chowk mehrauli new delhi 110030 and kindly check by yourself that there is two tower of mobiles installed at roof. I don't have any idea about how dangerous it is actually for residential area or for building itself. But i have come to know that installing such a tower in residential area are not legal. Kindly provide solution waiting for your response...

As promised by him while registration he would provide me electricity connection with separate meters. But provide it on jan 2011. Nobody willing to buy the flats in this apartment. We are now three families living with no facilities at all...

I have been cheated by builder. Builder has sold the flat to me which was already sold by him to someone else and was under mortgage as on todays date.

I have already paid the whole amount and he did all legal formalities and gave possession of said flat to me. I am in huge pressure since when I came to know about flat details.

Kindly suggest what shall I do and how to take this matter...

I purchased under construction flat in August 2007 in Kalyan. Now due to my financial conditions I would like to sale my flat to the buyer at agreed terms & conditions.

When we contacted Builder to issue NOC to get the loan from bank, at that time, builder demanded Rs. 200 per Sq. ft. which is huge.
