You have been responding to me generic manner for a while now. I have logged in this complain on Aug 21 but even today you have not resolved it. Now, your sales team and billing team has started calling me to know whether the bill payment is made or not. This is pathetic, irresponsible and disgusting work you guys are doing. I am not going to continue writing you and then reading all this formatted emails which you have just made to lingering the issue for nothing. Please revert with the actual work did on this subject and also the information as when can I expect the refund of my money. Good AfternoonMyself is NitinYadav and my Tikona User ID is [protected] and mob No. is [protected]. i am suffering from No Network Acess error. before that from slow speed i called many time to their customer care but i didn't get any satisfactory response and their staff is failed to fulfill all commitment which is they done at the time of installation, actually they totally failed and i want compensation inconvenience caused by the product.
