Hi,
With reference to order no. HRFI-[protected], I placed my order with Right Florist on 13th Feb, 2012 to deliver it on 14th Feb, 2012 and the full payment was done via Credit Card in their website (www.rightflorist.in) but till now it is not delivered. I called them at[protected] on 15th, 16th and 17th Feb 2012 and they have promised to deliver the order on same day before 07:00 PM but that was not happened. Also, I mailed 5-6 times asking about the date by which they will deliver the order but have not received any proper reply. It is my bad luck that I have shopped from such a company which doesn't even care to respond to the queries of their customers. I donot think that in future I will be able to shop again with Right Florist. And, now, as I have already placed my orders and paid the full amount in advance, I need the refund for the Ordered product plus additional sum for the inconvenience caused at the earliest.
