I am writing this email to lodge a complaint about an order I placed and which was not delivered on Mother's Day.

The flowers were for my mom to make her feel extra special on Mother's Day but turns out it never was delivered. But their department informs me that it has been indeed delivered.

Now I do not know what their policy on delivery confirmation is but I was expecting someone to...

Yesterday I received a gift pack of sweets & chocolates from my parents. I was so happy to see that gift but as soon as I opened it, sweets were literally stinking & looking like there was a fungus over it as color was changed to dark on some pieces. very pathetic condition it was!

The gift is delivered late by one day i.e. Instead of delivery date of 19th it is delivered on 20th. Secondly quantity of Haldiram products i.e. Sohan Papri, Kaju pista Roll, Bhujia & dry fruits, said to contain 250 grams each, actually contain 200 grams only.
Lastly the quality of Kaju Pista Roll is very bad. It is smelling, not worth eating.
