I ordered rakhi for my brother in Canada and paid Rs. 672 online.
The package has been delivered; however, my brother has been charged 23.1$ (Rs. 1410) to receive the package by DHL.
DHL mentioned that the charge is because it was not marked as a giff. In the order it was clearly marked as a gift. Also, it had a personalised note from me which indicated it is a gift. Further, rakhi is always from an individual to an individual. How can a site send a rakhi to an individual. Rakhi obviously is a gift.
Delivery charges are already included in the payment made already so how can anything extra be charged to the recipient.
