[Resolved]  Right Florist — Delivery to Product not made

I booked a strawberry cake with www.RightFlorist.in to be delivered in Satna on 5th April 2011. I made the online payment of Rs. 569 through CCAvenue for the same.
I called at customer care ( +[protected] to confirm the order booking and whether they deliver at Satna (M.P.). They said that they have a vendor there at Satna.
On 5-4-2011, the delivery date their representative called receipient stating that they can not deliver from Satna. They will do the same from Jalgaon (MH) and that too the Choclate Cake.
But the whole day passed and there is no delivery made.
