Right Florist — Non-delivery of my order

Hello Sir/Mam,
I am writing this email to lodge a complaint about an order I placed and which was not delivered on Mother's Day.

The flowers were for my mom to make her feel extra special on Mother's Day but turns out it never was delivered. But their department informs me that it has been indeed delivered.

Now I do not know what their policy on delivery confirmation is but I was expecting someone to email me a proof of who signed the receipt as I know for a fact it wasn't my mom.

Also from my point of view the mess up was not on my end as when I called them I confirmed the address and name where it was supposed to be delivered.

I hope you understand I am very upset that their customer service department is not giving me proof or working towards fixing the issue.

I hope writing lodging a complaint will help resolve the issue sooner than later.
