Right Florist — Duplicate Sweets (of Haldiram's) in a very bad condition

Yesterday I received a gift pack of sweets & chocolates from my parents. I was so happy to see that gift but as soon as I opened it, sweets were literally stinking & looking like there was a fungus over it as color was changed to dark on some pieces. very pathetic condition it was!

When I contacted customer service, the same contact No. given on the outer box, I was told by Ms. Poly that I need to write an email to [protected]@rightflorist.in with the attachment of the picture of affected product. She gave very light statement - "You can send us email with the photo attached & then we will see what can we do!" when I asked for refund.
So then & there I sent email with the photo of that sweets(duplicate of Haldiram's) which was literally stinking.
Today when I saw reply, it was so unreasonable which a responsible person or a company can never do that. Here is their email:

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings from us! Thank you for contacting our customer support.

This is with reference to your complaint against the subjected order id.

Please accept our sincere apology if you have faced any inconvenience so far, though we always try to make our customers happy.

Kindly note that we deliver sweets only from Haldiram brands as we have no other tie- up except Haldiram and the delivered sweets & chocolates were purchased & dispatched in absolutely fresh condition from original Haldiram Brand only and delivered by renowned courier Fedex within specified date.

All haldiram sweets have a shelf life of at least 15-20 days and kindly don't judge it from the package as Haldiram used to update it's packaging occasion wise.

Hence, sorry to mention that we’ll not be able to proceed with your complain further.

When I replied back by saying that "Its not only about Original packaging but sweets itself was in very bad condition. Please check the attachment. You can't cheat the people like this.
Waiting for refund. "

Instead of any positive reply they sent again same reply:

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings from us! Thank you for contacting our customer support.

We have already clarified according to your earlier mail that the sweets were dispatched & delivered as per your mentioned date in absolutely fresh condition from Haldiram only.

Hence, sorry to mention that we will not be able to proceed with your complaint further against the subjected Order. Thanks for visiting our website. We value your association with us.

When I replied back, "Again & again you are saying the same thing that its original packing, which anybody can see - its not! as per the pic which is attached.
Apart from that, sweets were stinking! no matter which brand of sweet was that!
So stop saying the same thing that, "Its in absolutely fresh condition from Haldiram only."

Again for the last time I request you to send my refund.

We have already clarified our stand according to your earlier mail twice as per the update received from concerned team after checking image of the delivered item.

Hence, you'll receive the same reply as many time you repeat the same statement.

Sorry to mention that we will not be able to proceed with your complaint further neither we can initiate refund for this delivered order.

These people are cheaters & its a fraud company. atleast they shouldn't do such thing with the gifts sent by Loved ones as there are very precious feelings attached to it.

NEVER EVER SEND ANY GIFT WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
Also there should be some legal action against this RIGHTFLORIST.in company based in Kolkata.
