[Resolved] Samsung Air Conditioner — After Sales Service Very Poor | |
This is to bring to your notice, a very bad experience in terms of the product as well as the customer service at Samsung. I bought a Samsung made Air conditioner Model No. AW18ZKC from Sadana Electric Store, Latouche Road, Lucknow on April 17, 2009 vide Book/Serial No. / Invoice No. 4/181. The A.C. did not give out proper cooling. I informed my local service center on they told me that the Engineer will come 0n 23rd June, but there was no response from that side.At last i got ur costumer care no.i.e.30308282 and i called them and they gave my compliant no [protected] but again nothing done..then after three days i again called them and ur executive commited me that it will be done today only but again no one came to see the ac . On 27th June I again call at the same customer care no. but same thing happens no one turned out. Now I would like to request u to remove the problem occured in my ac otherwise i will be enforced to take legal action against everybody. Expecting a positive reply from your end at the earliest. I ave purchased an airconditioner from a dealer where there they are informing that free service availabe etc., Please let me know whether the four service of airconditioner is automatic or not. is it business secretnot to reveal to the customer. supposing my complaints is not resolved, , is there any applellate authority to answerin your concern to resolve . If so, please give ne the phone no. or the mail ID. Since the Samsung is worldwide porduct please let me know whether The Samsung authorities are taking care of the customer or customer himself to take care of his purchased product.
I put " DISAGREE ' for the attitude towards complaint, because you have to confirm with the customer whether the complaint have been attended to or not, otherwise the company should get the complaince report from the person who attended the faults or service. then only you will be knowing the attitude of the technicians and also customer care.
