[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

samsung mobile handset — REFUSING TO SERVICE

My friend from abroad gifted me a SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL GT-S5230 (imported model)eight months ago. During his purchace he was given information that this model can be used in india and will support all indian mobile service providers network and the service can be made world wide. For tha past days i am using that mobile in india only. Now the mobile touch screen is not functioning when i contacted the samsung service provider in tirunelveli, they are telling the spare is not available now with us so you better get the spare from abroad and give us we will then do the service. but i am not in the situation to get that spare from abroad. when i told about my condition and i accepted to pay the charges applicable to them but they told me to throw away the mobile and buy another one.
Kindly help me to get my mobile serviced.
i have purchased a washing machine wt 9205 7.2 kg from anil t.v centre on 17.02.10 from gurdaspur punjab, motor of spinner has stopped working lodged complaint on 6.05.11 but till date not replaced tech.visited asking for Rs1200 and duplicate bills of 10 before and after my purchase what an excellent service is being providing by samsung . kanwalbir gill[protected]
The customer service centre for Samsung appliance is absolutely pathetic and useless . I[censored] have send ur appliance for repair forget about it for very very long time . It is high time they should do something about it !! '

I would not recommened samsung to any of my friends as service centre is complete disaster !!

Samsung — DEFECTIVE MACHINE

I had purchased a samsung Refrigerator - Model: RT 32 BDPS
Serial No: 05964 ZAZ 600413 L.
The item was purchase from M/s - HINDUSTAN ELECTRONICS, PLOTNO:516/1754/3, Pati, Bhubaneswar on 14/05/2011 , vide Retail Invoice -
No:121 - 12/S/678.
The machice had not been performing properly eversince it was installed at my place. After a greatdeal of efforts, one engineer from the manufacturer visited my place 2 datys back. As per him there is some manufacturing defects in the machine hence it should be replaced. I had submitted the photo copy of the purchase invoice to the dealer and as reported the same has been submitted to the manufacturer office in Bhubaneswar.
May I know when the problem shall be addressed ?

Dear Sir,

Today your service engineer visited my residence at 11:30 hrs. On examination, he said one valve need to be replaced to solve the drier proble. I need to arrange the spare.

Let me share something. I am proud owner of Samsung AC, Samsung LCD TV.

I believe it is a world class company. So I purchased Washing Mavchine.

Amost within 2 days I noticed broken plastic Seal. Further, Drier faulty valve.

Now, I feel that Samsung should straightway replace the unit at earliest. I am not interested to go around different vendors/ agencies to get it repaired.

The basic issue is I paid full amount to get new Washing Machine. If the machine is not QC checked or malfunctioning. It is the company's responsibility to give its customers good service, sort out the problem. We don't have time to run around the service technician..

We don't buy products to run around consumer courts.

Most Important, pls give me escalation mtrix of Samsung Electrinics Division at earliest.

If the issue can not be handled at lower level, let us escalate.

Once I paid full amount to buy a new machine , why should I accept a used piece?

I visited the retailer & reported the matter. He said that this product is supplied by Samsung Company directly.

I was directed to call Samsung Call centre.

One technician visited my house to inspected the machine. He said that the protective plastic should be there , he does not know why it is missing.

I will give a simple example, if I buy a water bottle & Seal cap is already opened then would I buy it?

Similarly there are many possibilities what tampering can be done in this machine.

I want the machine to be replaced a brand new machine within 10 days OTHERWISE I am going to take necessary legal action and its legal & financial responsibility will be yours.

Samsung — NOT SATISFIED

I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator one year back. When the Refrigerator was delivered at my house I found that the both the front legs of the Refrigerator was not resting properly. I tagged a compliant regarding this issue couple of times with Samsung, but there Tech has not resolved the issue more then that the had provided the wrong information that the front legs normally comes as bent (Angeled to 45 degrees). Recently one of my friend has brought the same model Refrigerator I brought & found that both the front legs of the Refrigerator was straight & it is resting properly without any shake. I have also checked in the showroom & found that I have been cheated by the Samsung Tech by providing the wrong information and moreover the issue I was having is also not resolved.

Is there anyone who can help me in resolving my issue.

Almost all the products in my house are from Samsung. Now I am having second thought in buying the Samsung product.

I am facing lot of problem because of buying the Samsung product. Main problem is not getting proper support for the products. I am also having the problem with my Samsung Mobile phone

i bought a new mobile at ONE POPULAR(WELL KNOWN SHOWROOM) showroom. After one week from the date of purchase, my mobile battery is not stand by. then memory card slots inside the mobile was broken. Such a defected mobile manufactured by the company and that dealer, put one "Jai Ho".

Steps:
1.turn ON the Radio.
2.Listen upto 30 min.
3.after 30 min try to change any channel

Obervation1:-->No channel selection seen.(Hang)

If press mute 2 times then set crashed.[NOK]

it was very upsetting when worker at samsung care abused and talked in foul language whn i askd my old broken lcd screen whichi gave for repairing..they were ready to fight and were talking in very bad language.
they even humiliated my dad which i just cant tolerate m lodging a complain in hope tht some action would be taken against those....

Samsung — Worst customer service response from samsung tv

I purchased a samsung tv from agra in may 2010. Just after one month, problem started with it. I lodge the complaint to their customer help line no[protected] situated at noida. Then, one person from mathura service center came to me. After inspection, he told me that there is some problem with the plate that he took away to repair at their mathura service center. After some days, he returned the plate and assured me that my problem has been resolved. But, only after a couple of days, same problem started again. I again called them and their represntative came again and took away the same plate.
After 20 days, when I contacted him at his mobile (no.-[protected]) he gave me another mobile number [protected] stating that I should talked to that mobile. I talked to above mobile no they inform that tv is not repaired by their engineer so they will refund the amount and they will contact me.
From then, there was no response from service center. I again called them. They said that my request has been forwarded to company. Then I called to their noida office they informed that my bp no is [protected] and I will receive call from their concerned department, but I have not received the call. After that I tried to contact several times to their noida service centre without any positive response. After multiple complaints, I was asked to submit my ID proof for the refund of money that I sent them immediately (pan card and driving license). Thereafter, I have called several times to them. They assured me that their representative will call me within but nobody called me.
Finally I want to refund my money as I am not interested to continue samsung company's customer.
Kindly take the necessary action regarding the company.
I have given the Dead Handset with DOA paper which has been issued by Samsung Service Center, Darbhanga, which has been submitted by me at Distributor Point Vaibhav Telecom, Darbhanga. After that the Area Manager ( Name as Rajeev) along with Distributor have taken extra Rupees with me at the time of DOA Replacement. I request you please see this issue and do the needful against Distributor along with Company Person.

i have purchased a led monitor of samsung SA300b it stops working with in 1 month i have complain in serves center i have get no response more than one month is going on engenar promise to replace it with in 3 days
Our Samsung AC is not functioning properly since two weeks and we have filed the complaint regarding this many times but Samsung Customer Service is not satisfactory and they are not taking an action as per needed.
We are very disappointed with Samsung Service then why should customers buy your products if samsung is not giving proper customer services.

I Ravi gupta Recently brought a note book from one of Samsung authorized dealer. it has been promised to me that if i get any problem in future, i would get services from parent company which is Samsung. I recently got problem in my note book regarding some managing settings so i called to customer care center but approach which has been initiated by executive Mr Lokesh Prasad was so inappropriate and irritating. i could not explain all but these things should not be happened to a customer who is loyal to your brand and base on your brand i had faith on your authorized dealer. My Request no.[protected] was given to me by Executive.
it's my request to kindly revert back to me on this issue and take action against Mr Lokesh prasad before i Raised this issue in Consumer court.
