February 28, 2008 Dear Sir, I agree to the complaints because a E 250 Samsung cell phone was purchased from Balaji Network 67-A Sarojini Nagar Market New Delhi-23 India vide bill No 3383 on24.1.2008 for Rs. 5200/-. But within a month, it developed so many scratches on the screen that even screen sometimes is not visible. It is in the name of Sanjay / Naresh. The IMEI No[protected]. It is requested that the same may please be replaced through the said dealer or something may be done at your end so as to have a new look of the set. It is requested that necessary action must be taken urgently so as to avoid the bad name of your company. Leaving so many companies of mobile as are prevalent, we opted for samsung. i Ganesh Bavaskar Using your samsung mobile Mobile Model No S3370 Which is taken on 26/06/2010 Due to some error my hands free is not working properly i personly visit your samsung service centre on date 15/07/2010 which is located at MS master Care Service anandji labdha Bldg Lalbaug Mumbai 400012.
Reason is this is due i am sending this mail till date i am not receive my replacement handsfree your master care service is inform to me each & every day will given your handsfree in 2 days 6 days 15 days & etc ????????????????????????
This type of services you people is given to your customer i am not happy at all now i am inform to each & every People dont buy samsung mobile they fool there customer.
